On December 18, 2012 Attorney Orly Taitz fied an intervener motion in a HAVA (Help America Vote) case, which is scheduled for bench trial on May 19, 2013.

In her motion Taitz argued that she repeatedly filed HAVA elections fraud complaints with the Secretary of State of Indiana and Elections Commission of Indiana. Initial complaint and 208 pages of exhibits was filed on February 8 2012 and was not addressed for  10 months by the Secretary of State and the Elections Commission. Taitz argued that these actions demonstrate a pattern of systematic cover up of elections fraud by the State Elections officials.

Currently Attorney Orly Taitz has 7 active legal actions in different state and federal courts going up to the Supreme Court of theUnited States.

Next hearing is scheduled in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California, Chief Judge Morrison C. England 2pm, courtroom 7. Pleadings below

    Heads must be going to roll soon and guilty parties are covering their britches, I mean I wouldn’t want to be arrested for complicity, fraud and High Treason against my own country, it wouldn’t look good on the resume.

    According to TeaParty.org Obama only got 26 percent of the vote the rest of his votes where illegal votes “mass. voter fraud” again RinoReport “FoxNews” lies and says over half the country voted for Obuttplug 😆 only the conservatives in the R Party want to impeach O and they are being purged off the commities and ofcorce Rubio doesn’t want to impeach. Rubio is the whole problem in the Rino Party. What can we do short of an overthrow? I think we all know that if Obuttplug isn’t removed this country will be gone by 2016!

    @AMJ: I’ll believe that. It’s like the way Reid goes into the election, when he’s always behind, but, suddenly, he pulls this out! Then, we find out his son is in-charge of the elections in Nv!!! This whole mess is a treasonous mass of insanity! This had to be in more than those (26) states! Thankfully, we know who’s behind all this!
