Royce C. LAMBERTH, Chief Judge for the District of Columbia will hear the second case on FOIA. This case is agaisnt the  Postmaster General and Inspector General for theUSPS. This case shows tht a year ago Attorney Orly Taitz provided them with the information, a sworn affidavit of the Chief  investigator of the Special Investigations unit of the U.S. coast Guard, showing that Obama’s Selective Service certificate is a forgery and it contains a fabricated postal stamp. For a year they covered it up and did not take any action. I filed a FOIA. They did not respond within  20 days as required. a legal action was filed. after the case was filed, a letter arrived showing that the Inspector General sent the complaint by Taitz to the fraud division and demanded action and report within 30 days. There was no report and Inspector General did not take any action for a year, simply covered it up for a year. He apparently believes that providing this pitiful excuse will be enough.     It is not. He aand the Postmaster General knew that the usurpation f the U.S. Presidency is at stake. when no report was received in July of 2012, Inspector General and the Postmaster General had a duty to act. they had to send a second demand, they had to forward a complaint to the FBI, police, Attorney General, U.S. congress. they did nothing, at least based on what we have now. It is the Duty of the Inspector General of the USPS  to file a criminal complaint ASAP. Hopefully he is dong this now.

Judge Lamberth can see a bigger picture now: he can see Obama using a stolen Social Security number, forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service certifiate, fabricated Postal stamp. Let’s hope Judge Lamberth acts ASAP.

    When would this important hearing be held ?
    If the Courts keep dilating the issue of Obama’s fraudulent documents, I am preparing myself to see Obama in 2017, at the podium with the new president elect, and Obama telling the nation how Transparent his Administration was during his 8 years of corruption, crimes and the subversion of our Constitution.

    this will all be swept under the rug as always. we are lucky to have orly show the same tenacity the russians like herself did in defeating the nazis…barry is a cross between al capone, hitler, stalin and liberace but even those 4 did not hate their country.

    Have anybody checked on Judge Lamberth, to see if he is dead or alive ?
    Why these guys act like they Royalty, and take a month for a simple YES or NO to your petition.
    I still remember the SCOTUS Conference, docketed for February 15, 20013, two months later, 98 % of the cases were shown as CRETORIARI DENIED, but the case 12A606 no decision appeared on the list, until months later I read somewhere it was denied.
    It seems like a game !!!!!
