Taitz v Johnson hearing scheduled for August 27

A hearing is scheduled for August 27, 2014, Courtroom 6, US District Court, 600 E. Harrison, Brownsville TX.  Please, see attached the order by Judge Hanen. Witnesses will be allowed to appear.

Orders by Judge Hanen and pleadings by the parties are attached below. Plaintiff is a doctor and attorney, Orly Taitz, is seeking a two months quarantine of illegal aliens caught at the border. The quarantine is necessary for treatment and prevention of spread of infectious diseases in population and particularly in schools. Further, Taitz is seeking an order by the court to either turn around and deport illegal aliens caught by the border patrol or a written medical release, criminal record from the countries of origin, and an order by the immigration/deportation judge finding  legal basis for U.S. residency, prior to release of such illegal aliens into the general population. Today, with the threat of Ebola, drug resistant Tuberculosis, Scabies, Measles, Bacterial meningitis and other infectious diseases, such order is a necessity.

In prior cases, presiding judge, Andrew Hanen, already expressed his deep concern with the policies of Obama administration acting as human smugglers and aiding and abetting drug cartels in human smuggling of  illegal aliens. In the case at hand, Judge Hanen already issued to defendants, Barack Obama, Secretary of Health an Human Services Sylvia Burwell and Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, an order to show cause,  why shouldn’t he rule in favor of Plaintiff Orly Taitz and grant  her application for stay of all trafficking of illegal aliens and stay implementation of DACA (Deferred Action on Child Arrivals), which has been  a magnet and an incentive for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to cross the U.S. border and violate U.S. immigration laws and U.S. sovereignty.

Attorney Orly Taitz is asking the public to assist her in securing appearance of witnesses, among them Border Patrol officers, sheriffs and  medical professionals, Texas ranchers and others, who are   affected by this lawless open border policy of Obama administration. Additionally, Taitz is asking the public to contact Governor Perry, Senator Ted Cruz, Congressman Louie Gohmert, to see, it they are willing to testify at the court hearing about the negative effect of this dumping of illegal aliens.     Great news. You might want to personally contact Ted Cruz and seek his guidance. He is the best man on the planet you can have on your side. As former solicitor general of Texas he has argued and won cases representing Texas in front of the SCOTUS and won. He is one of the top conservative legal minds in the country. He has also been quite vocal against the crimes of the Obama administration.

    He is also probably going to formerly announce a run for the presidency, so he is going to have to tread carefully through this and may want to help you entirely off the record, or he may need to stay out if it.

    In any event, a personal request from you for a telephone call to request his guidance as an attorney or mentor instead of merely a witness is the best way to move forward. I have never talked to him one on one, but i know people who do, and he is a class act and conservative who loves our country.

    I think this judge will approve your class action so you can get started. This will be a big step in the right direction for you.

    Of course, it’s going to be expensive since you will be required to run national television spots to notify potential clients of the class action in addition to all he mail you’ll have to send out. But there’s no doubt in my mind that you’re ready for this and that you and your staff will sparkle in this instance! Congratulations on this victory!

    Bath-house Barry is not a “natural-born” citizen from the git. BHO WAS born in Kenya a 100% British Subject and was later adopted in Indonesia as a Moslem named Barry Soetoro. The Hawaiian Birth Certificate is forged and his Social Security number is stolen. It appears this “man-of-lawlessness” was predicted in the Bible.

    I have a friend, John, that may know some people that can come and testify. If he can’t, he know some fluffers that can come and testify. You may not be familiar with the term of fluffers and John is fond of using that term. Anyway, they’re people that live right on the border and are always complaining about illegals crossing the border. So, if my friend John Holmes contacts you, I would recommend not ignoring his email.

    Here in Texas, we are all quite excited about this. Hopefully, someone can put a plug in the hole and stop the influx!

    The first judge assigned to the so-called “surge docket” is Frank Loprest, an Obama administration pick who grants asylum in 88 percent of the cases before him. The national average is about 50 percent.

    Only five other judges in the nation have a more generous asylum record and they are all Loprest’s New York City colleagues, according to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse of Syracuse University.

    In all, the immigration court in the city has granted nearly 80 percent of asylum seekers’ requests since 2009, compared to 40 percent in Los Angeles and 30 percent in Houston.

    So the judge did not issue a stay on Obama’s immigration actions? After a new Obama Executive Order, a judge’s decision maybe a moot and worthless ruling unless it addresses the Executive Order also.

    this sounds like someone written by an Obama operative in order to discredit me and any potential witnesses. Give it a rest. You know that I will not bring just anyone to court, only people who heve direct knowledge about the issues and people who are affected by this policy of dumping illegal aliens

    I DO hope you will be able to provide absolute proof that you are 1.) actually ill with a disease 2.) you can prove that you caught it from one of the aliens crossing the border this year 3.) that you will be able to handle a class action e.g. you have the millions of dollars required to run television ads to notify potential class action members and send out mail to those people who wish to join a class action should one be approved.

    One would think that the abandonment of our border, open to uninhibited invasion by any and all comers, and the regal treatment of indisputably illegal aliens would satisfy any question or need of proof for the premeditated criminal intent of this twisted regime. Their token presence of border patrol and d.h.s. agents cannot mask what is truly going on.

    Yet so far much truth has been denied, while the grandest of lies prosper.

    To Sgt Prepper: Obama was conceived in Indonesia by a Muslim guru named Muhammed Subuh and mama Stanly Ann. Check info on him via the web. Mama was expelled from by the cult not wanting such a child. Long story about mama going back to Hawaii where a communist UofH Kenyan student was chosen to be surrogate father. There is quite a history of mama Stanley Ann from that point. Yes, Obama was born in Kenya but he has SE Asia blood and that is why mama took him back to Indonesia as a child.

    I am very frustrated just like everyone else. I applaude all your efforts Orly for at least you are trying to do something. Everyone says he (Obummer)can’t do this and he can’t do that. Then he does it and everyone including congress just says he can’t do that, but nothing gets done to stop him . I hope and pray that you have found an honest Judge. He just doesn’t seem to be in a hurry.,

    So very appreciative of this work! We are a completely volunteer team of 5 members in the City of Conroe,TX (Montgomery County) We have recently exposed our local leaders to the media for what appears to be one of the largest expansions of illegal UAC facilities right here in our backyard. Formerly, an emergency shelter, SOUTHWEST KEY PROGRAMS, INC., is located on 37 acres of prime lake real estate, an Licensed by DFPS as a 24hr daycare-only, and funded 98% by government grants, the 8 million annual grant funding in 2008, has been raised to an estimated 200 million by their fiscal year end, has allowed our city and county to become the premier underground leader in the new Chicano Revolution)

    Entrance to the “daycare” is completely inaccessible unless announced, invited by LaRaza, or accompanied by a politician that gives the “non-profit” good press for a strategic photo op. Even then, full access is not allowed, and you must be escorted by the facility management that electronically locks and unlocks doors at every turn. At the monthly city meetings, we have demanded answers from council. At the Commissioner’s Court, Rep Steve Toth appeared after hearing our findings. The city and county attorneys have requested citizen suggestions on how to handle this, so Conroe City Council has formed a committee with 2 of our volunteers to find answers. We hope to get answers from citizens on the personal impacts they face asap! I know of many, but getting them to join suit will take more than our rebel group.

    Also, Joe Corley Detention Center (GEO) has been under a microscope since the alleged financial fraud a few years ago.
    However, late June we were informed by the commissioners court after our speaker asked for the number, that 60% are released out of the back door and nothing else is known afterward. Neither facility has any accountability, or provides accuracy in their data. Transparency and Accountability is what we demand.

    Much more for discussion if you are truly interested in our plight. Connections to radical groups, discretionary funding, misappropriation of money, and community mistrust in Economic Development, Poverty, and Public Health initatives is clear!
