Investigator, Mr. Brewer , working with attorney Taitz, finally received a confirmation from the SSA that they indeed have records of Harry Bounel, whose SSN 042-68-4425 Obama is using. It is interesting that they released without problems records of other deceased individuals, such as Thomas Wood, whose SSN 042-68-4424 is just one before Bouel’s, but they stated that the Bounel’s social Security application is with the Office of Earnings Operations.
Why would his Social Security application be with the Office of the Earnings Operatons? Bounel was born in Russia in 1890, he was a poor man with only 3 grades of elementary education, he worked as a cash laborer in a fruit store in Bronx, NY. It looks like Social Security Senior FOIA officer, Attorney Dawn Wiggins, is bailing out of this RICO conspiracy and does not want to get a life sentence of death penalty for being a part of the RICO conspiracy to commit treason and cover up identity theft and use of a stolen Social Security number by a person occupying the office of the U.S. President. This is Watergate -2 unfolding. Previously she claimed that SSA does not have Bounel’s records.
What is more troubling, is that the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has all of this information too, as Bounel was a Russian citizen before immigrating to the U.S. Putin can blackmail Obama with these stolen IDs as much as he wants, he can get anything he wants, so can allies of Putin, countries like Iran, Syria and China.
Attorney Orly Taitz submitted all of the additional information to Judge Hollander, who already made 2 good decisions in this case, and who is expected to render her final ruling any day now

What are the ramifications of their admitting that the Office of Earnings Operations has his social security number? If BHO is using this SSN then their having the number in operations is clearly an error. So perhaps the question to solve is if they admit to Harry Bounel having this SSN, how come BHO is using this number on his taxes et al?

They said “The records you requested are under the jurisdiction of our Office of Earnings Operations”. Could that just be generic government speak for “if the records you requested exist, they would be under the jurisdiction of our Office of Earnings Operations therefore we have forwarded your request to that office and they will reply to you directly”?

There is nothing meaningful about the letter, unfortunately. The letter is just telling Mr. Brewer that he sent his request to the wrong Social Security office. The Office of Earnings Operations handles all requests for SS-5 forms, so the request was forwarded to that office. This is the address of OEO:

Your are mistaken. ALL SS-5 requests are handled by the Office of Earnings Operations. It doesn’t matter if the request has anything to do with earnings. See the form for making SS-5 requests. It is supposed to be sent to OEO.

no, he did not. He requested under 120 year rule. also, the FOIA was sent in October of 2013, they were supposed to respond within 20 working days and they did not respond for 5 months. Now they are saying to go to another office. They suddenly responded after I sent Brewer’s letter to Judge Hollander. PS a letter from Wiggins preceded this letter and Wiggins released records of other people, so obviously he sent to the right office

So what is to keep Obama’s operatives from playing this hot potato game with his records forever? Or worse, claiming that the original records were lost in transit? Every time records move there is risk of “human error” and they might be misplaced (on purpose).
They already have destroyed so many other records like the passport/immigration records that shouldn’t the judge order a small army of forensic experts to just show up at the doors of the Earnings Operations center as well as Wiggens office and start looking?
We all know there is no logical reason other than fraud to explain why Wiggens would have moved them. The judge has to be told to just put an end to it and every moment of delay runs risk of them losing them.

It is more than obvious how important this is, but no one seems to be in much of a hurry. There are things that could be said and done by these judges to expedite this mess. People like this commie Wiggins need to be sitting in jail as of months ago and then maybe people would start cooperating. But you would need to find an honest judge before anything like that happens.

Mrs. Taitz, when government officials in the U.S. make statements, you cannot closely parse their grammar to make determinations, nor can you hold them to any such determination you make.
“The records you requested are under the jurisdiction of our Office of Earnings Operations.”
Statements like that are generic replies for any such request. Such statements do not prove anything about anything:
not that the requested document(s) are plural (“records”),
not that they exist (“are”),
not that responsibility for their safekeeping has been acknowledged (“under the jurisdiction”),
not that their location is fixed or determined (“our Office of Earnings Operations”).
It’s just so much bureaucratese, and it’s worth about as much as the paper it’s printed on. Based on such a letter, any assurance about a document being forthcoming is just so much wishful thinking. It may emerge, or it may not. I hope and pray that it does. But the Social Security Administrator who makes it public signs his own death warrant and can expect to be Breitbarted.
