There appear to be more cover up surrounding the death of the Director of Health Loretta Fuddy, who allegedly certified a laughable forgery as a copy of a genuine birth certificate for Obama.
Attorney Taitz received guidelines from Maui police department. Those guidelines clearly state that there has to be a signed consent of the next of kin in order to obtain a copy of the autopsy of the deceased. A researcher working with Taitz wrote to Kelleher asking for a copy of the report that she allegedly got. Kelleher wrote to her and advised her to just get it from Maui police department. At that point attorney Taitz wrote to Kelleher advising her that Maui police department requires a written consent of the next of kin (close relative in charge of affairs of the deceased). Taitz requested to see the consent or a name of the relative that gave Kelleher a consent to get the autopsy. At this point Kelleher stopped writing. There is no evidence of any relative ever giving her a consent.
Moreover, the brother of the deceased was extremely vocal in challenging the allegations that Fuddy died of arrhythmia caused by stress and that she was a rudimentary swimmer. The brother stated that Ms. Fuddy was an average swimmer, she grew up in HI by the ocean, he repeatedly stated that his sister was not an anxious person. He added that one has to be a calm person to run a Health Department with all the challenges of the position. The evidence of the criminal cover up is mounting. It is time for one honest judge to step up to the plate and order discovery.

Requests for Autopsy Reports
To request a copy of an autopsy report from the Maui Police Department, please submit your request in writing as outlined below:
Written requests on behalf of an agency or business entity must be made on agency or company letterhead and include the following:
1. Decedent’s full name
2. Date of death
3. MPD report number (if available) or general circumstances.
4. Self addressed, postage paid return envelope.
5. Cashier’s check, or money order for $2.50, payable to the Maui Police Department, (processing & reproduction fees)
6. Written authorization from the deceased’s family or personal representative, waiving their right to surviving privacy interests.
Note: Autopsy reports released to entities other than family or personal representatives of the decedent will be redacted in accordance with
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) 45 CFR §164.502(f).
Written requests from a personal representative must include:
– Items 1-5 and a copy of the decedent’s death certificate, and/or proof of representative capacity (court order, executor order, etc.)
– If no executor exists, a blood relative would need to submit proof of this relationship by providing applicable birth certificate(s).

Unfortunately, the word “honest” and judge don’t seem to go together anymore. Judges carry a lot of power, yet few have as much integrity and patriotism as it should take to obtain those positions. Hawaii is full of Democrats who would not go after Obama if he shot the Pope in front of an audience in Times Square. They would claim it was self defense. How sad and pathetic for the people of Hawaii and for everyone in America.

This article from the AP says that the cause of death was revealed by Maui police.
I sent Jennifer an email asking her to name the officer who reported on the autopsy results.
