On December 18.2013 12:50PST Attorney and Dr. Orly Taitz talked to Dr. Harle, Coroner and Medical Examiner of Maui county. Dr. Harle stated that the Autopsy report for Loretta Fuddy is not ready yet and it will take a couple more weeks to complete the report and receive the results from the toxicology lab. As of now the case is still under the investigation. In about 2 weeks the report will be at Maui police department at 808-244-6355. Taitz asked Harle if there is a preliminary report. Harle responded that there is none as the case is still under the investigation.
Attorney Taitz is questioning: why was the body released on 12.16.2013, next business day after the autopsy was conducted, and burial scheduled for Saturday December 21, 2013, if the toxicology and autopsy reports are not expected to be completed for 2 more weeks? If toxicology report comes back inconclusive, embalming or cremation will prevent any further investigation.

They do retain tissue samples. And what if the report is inconclusive? Just exactly are you going to do about it?

It pertains to my case,which has a political basis – but I bet they may have used it on Ms. Fuddy as well. If we know what to look for – we can identify it. There are agents (DHS??) who are trying to kill me with various methods – one being bio chemical. And my bet is that there are others who may have been killed this way as well.

The Maui police actually reported that they removed Fuddys’ body from the fuselage. That was a pre-written statement which was released by the Maui police without them realizing that Holstein had already given an eyewitness account of the truth. The cover up was on from Day 1. The Hussein clan sent in “The Cleaner!”

This comment is a bit out there, but is anyone going to the funeral? Will be open or closed-casket. Might be worth it to make sure Fuddy is the one going into the ground and without a pulse. Barry could have made arrangements for a closed-casket funeral so they could give her a new identity and a much needed face lift.

Honolulu Fire Capt Terry Seelig & Maui Police Lt. William Juan both made statements about pulling Fuddy from the fuselage. it looks like this report was scrubbed, I cannot find it either with Firefox or Chrome, but I have a similar report from the fire rescue stating that her body was found in the fuselage. It did not come fom the pilot, as Schuman claims, the pilot stated that he was the last to leave the plane, that she got out and was wearing a life vest

All sounds ominous to me. Loretta, RIP, if you
can. The body/corpse cannot be in two places
at once. NOT LOGICAL, IMO. Unless Loretta was
a shape-shifter or a Rosicrucian, etc. NOT
POSSIBLE. Hence, we can now document the lies
and distortions from the beginning. The Police
have already shown to us their treachery and
untruth. Someone outside (Jarrett?) is trying
to stage-manage all this murder. Sounds very

As for Sarah’s comments on peppericides, this
could indeed involve what food was served at the
banquet earlier on Molokai. As I had stated, I
do suspect toxic chemicals in her (Fuddy’s)
food and drink. We may not know how much, but
we know the results were fatal. Well staged
and well planned matricide/genocide event. IMO.

It does take longer for a toxicology report in an autopsy….. SO WHY DID THEY “KNOW” BREITBART ONLY DIED OF NATURAL CAUSES WITHIN A DAY or two? and then the coroner ends up dead from poisoning?

He says the pilot had only moments to react.
“He did everything by the numbers. He was handling the airplane and just the fact that we got it in there as clean as we did,” Hollstein said.
The plane landed right side up. Everyone had their seat belts on and remained calm. Then it was a race against the clock to get everyone out.
Hollstein last remembers seeing Health Director Loretta Fuddy with a life vest on. Then he took off swimming for shore.

I’m not sure I trust Mr. Holstein. He seems to be a little too visible, a little too vocal. He’s the only one to swim to shore? Suspicious. My guess is Fuddy never left the plane alive.

I recall reading in the earlier reports that Fuddy did not have any next of kin. Who identified the body and what was their relationship to the deceased?
Due to the conflicting statements regarding “her body being recovered from the fuselage” and “she was floating in the sea with the other passengers”, I think it would be reasonable for the Sheriff’s department to request that the coroner verify dental records and also obtain a DNA sample prior to the burial. I would also think that the investigation would include written statements from all of the survivors.
Since no next of kin exists to request cremation, who made this decision and why? Did Fuddy have a living will that requested cremation in case of death?
Why is the Honolulu Police Department involved if the accident happened in Molaki? Shouldn’t this be handled by the Molaki County Sheriff?
Somehow these questions need to be formally addressed to the Molaki Sheriff before cremation.
These are simple “yes” or “no” questions. If the Sheriff can’t answer immediately, the cremation needs to stopped.

There was a familiar face in the entourage which accompanied Loretta Fuddy; a death squad cell member of a domestic terrorist group; they use microradiation to spy on and even kill their ‘obstacles’ and opponents. I recognize at least one of the women who took the plunge. So it makes sense that if they need permission from the Health Director to use what they call a government program (the microwave surveillance), they tell gov. officials it’s used to sniff out drugs and terrorists, but it is not; this cell has collected other BIG cell ops by hunting down and corralling innocent people who the cell ops know were in close proximity to, of, old mob hits, crimes that unfolded around the possible witnesses, both political crimes and other types heinous crime. While the potential witnesses usually had and still have no idea what crimes were unfolding. It’s a shark bait tactic to gaining more networking of mobs and gaining new henchmen. There are dirty psychics in their cell and this is an uncomfortable topic for many law enforcement agencies, so it’s hard to explain why and how the cell is so good at each strategy. But ya, one of the women in the group has wreaked havoc and death on communities from CA to WA State, that I have witnessed. I think their Death Squad may have used sodium succinate on Loretta Fuddy, because it is not traceable in blood or tissue and only can be traced in urine up to eight hours after death. No paramedics, coroners or police investigators will ask for the test even when the death appears suspicious It takes a court order to get the test done, as it is not ordinary procedure.
