Maricopa County Arizona District Attorney responded to the request for records. They stated that they did not receive any records from Sheriff Arpaio, no affidavit or any other documentation from Forensic Document Expert Reed Hayes
On August 29, 2013 Attorney Orly Taitz submitted to William Montgomery, District Attorney of Maricopa County Arizona, a request for records.
Sheriff of Maricopa County, Joe Arpaio, and Dircetor of Cold Case Posse, Mike Zullo, claimed that they have an affidavit of Reed Hayes, Forensic Document expert from Hawaii, who found that Obama’s birth certificate is a 100% forgery. Taitz submitted an Arizona state request for records, seeking any and all records submitted by Sheriff Arpaio and specifically requesting to know, whether the District Attorney’s office received an affidavit or declaration, or any other statement from forensic Document expert Reed Hayes in regards to Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
Today, on 09.12.2013 Debbie MacKenzie from public records department responded to Attorney Orly Taitz and stated that there are no such records in the District Attorneys’ office.
This is a matter of National Security. We might be at the brink of another war, this time with Syria, which can spill into a large international military confrontation, as U.S., Russian, Chinese and Iranian ships are gathering in a small radius area in the Mediterranean with their missile launches on high alert readiness. Now, more than ever we need to know, who this man is, who is sitting in the White House, why he is using a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs, where is his allegiance and what are his long term goals.
Two years ago Arizona Tea Party leader Brian Riley submitted to Sheriff Arpaio a complaint from 250 citizens of Arizona relating to all the evidence collected by attorney Taitz and other attorneys and investigators on Obama’s use of fabricated IDs. For two years Arpaio and Director of Cold Case Posse Mike Zullo held fundraisers and meetings in order to raise money for the investigation. Mike Zullo and Jerome Corsi were selling books and in the beginning of this year Zullo appeared at fundraisers and on the radio stating that he has a 100% evidence of Obama’s birth certificate being a forgery, he stated that he possess an affidavit from a forensic Document expert from Hawaii, Reed Hayes proving that Obama’s birth certificate is a 100% forgery. As a Sheriff, Joseph Arpaio had a duty to submit this evidence to the District Attorney of Maricopa County for criminal investigation. Specifically he had a duty to submit the affidavit of Reed Hayes. According to the District Attorney’s office they do not have any such records. The public is encouraged to contact Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and demand that he submit all the evidence to the District Attorney, specifically the affidavit of the forensic document expert for criminal investigation.

Next hearing on one of the cases related to Obama’s use of fabricated IDs is scheduled on October 23, 2013 9am in the Fourth District Court of Appeal, 601 Santa Ana Blvd, Santa Ana CA. Members of the public are asked to come to court and support Attorney Orly Taitz.

I’m a doctor, not a political expert but……Treasonous action is treason! Zero committees have even acknowledged the evidential documentation.
Orly needs help. Every Republican has understood she’s brought actions, needed discovery warrants.
It’s TREASON here!
Congress has a responsibility letting evidence, supporting evidential documentation with any related discoveries litigated in national courtrooms. Since the evidence is a slam dunk here why can’t we the people take this to the District Attorney and demand he look at all the evidence? If the authorities won’t do their job and file the case then we the people must take the responsibility and do it for them. Just like the 2 Million bikers riding on DC. We organize a 2 Million man rally in Phoenix surrounding the Maricopa District Attorneys Office till he agrees to prosecute the case!! What else are we left with???

Does this mean the good sheriff is a lying (edited)? The second he stated that he had probable cause, and reasonable suspicion, the investigation was over, the arrest however is turning to obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty, and fraud. A threat this big to national security should be a priorty. This is now in the public record so NOBODY has an excuse not to prosecute this criminal. But now our entire government is conspiring to commit fraud on the American people.

This goes to show that every man has his price. Either these men were bought off, or their lives were threatened. Did the DOJ drop their case against the sheriff in exchange for silence on the BC case? Or did the good sheriff use it to get the case to disappear after the DOJ attacked him?

I have a lot on my plate at the moment. I do not know if it makes any sense to include Arpaio. what is the benefit in adding Arpaio to RICO case?
we have plenty of involved parties without Arpaio. also, he did some positive things about illegal immigration, so maybe he deserves a brake. I wish he would just submit the papers to the District Attorney

I printed off that huge manifesto of all of the evidence and documentation you’d compiled so I could read everything on my two buses and one train home. I got to #7 on your spreadsheet and I started crying. The next thing I read while shaking my head, were the tax returns. My goodness; Michelle Obama’s signature is the same one as the one on Obama’s fake birth certificate. It even looks like the same type of pen was used. She’s a lawyer herself, and I’ll bet, in exchange for marrying her, she has covered up for Obama for YEARS. PLEASE check the signatures and other examples you have posted of Stanley Ann Dunham’s handwriting. I believe Michelle signed Stanley Ann’s name to her husband’s birth certificate.

The district attorney of Maricopa County, Arizona is a big liberal who is hoping for an presidential appointment, therefore he will put every stumbling block in front of Joe Arpiao’s efforts to see dear leader indicted. I have been trying to raise the alarm to get the crooked idiot recalled, but I am not connected enough to make much happen. This is also why Arpiao and Zullo is trying to go over his head to congress.
