Press release: Judge Hanen schedules injunction hearing for Oct 29, right before the election, tells Enforcement and Removal INS agent: you don’t do either enforcement or removal .
Today was a grueling four and a half hour hearing . Now there are 3 attorneys representing the government and they brought to the hearing representatives of border patrol, DHS and HHS. Associated press sent their representative and AP report and interview should come out shortly. The transcript will be provided to the public when it is available. At the hearing the border patrol agent testifies that they do not have doctors checking the illegal aliens. The border patrol agents check them. The border patrol agent in charge did not even know what is an incubation period, he was clueless about the fact that it might take 3 weeks for Ebola to show or 2 months for Scabies to show.
A representative from HHS knew very little about what is happening in the camps which are run by the Baptist charities. She stated that there is a doctor in DC who oversees these facilities. She was asked by Taitz, don’t you think that it is insufficient for one doctor to oversee hundreds of children with TB, H1N1, scabies and other diseases. She said it is not hundreds. She was asked by Taitz, how many illegal alien children camps/ facilities are under her supervision, she said that there are 90. When asked how many children are there in every facility, she said: between 35 and 200, average being about 50. So, Taitz told her that by simple math, 90 camps with 50 children each, it would be some 5,000 or so children who are being seen by one doctor in DC, that is a ration of 5,000 to one doctor. She said: we have 2 doctors.
Further, she was asked about the transportation of illegals. Both HHS and INS officials are admitted that they are spending taxpayer funds to pay for airplane tickets for both illegal alien children and HHS/ INS employees supervising them.
The judge was really unhappy about what he was hearing. He said that what is going on is not the law, it is a policy by the government and it is not right. He said that instead of deporting illegal aliens, the government is spending tax payer money to transport these illegal alien children to their illegal alien parents.
The judge said: how can you even imagine that these people will ever show up for deportation hearings: illegal aliens are signing forms saying that they will make sure that their illegal alien children or other relatives will show at the hearings. The judge said that it is a common sense matter, it is clear that they will not show up. Further, the judge got extremely upset when he heard that HHS allows these illegal alien children to be released into custody of people who are not only illegal aliens themselves, but also people with a criminal record.
The judge also said that they should not be called children, these are mostly teenagers 14-17, who are being labeled as children, but these are not little children.
The judge also, asked the US attorney: do you want to tell me that the government might release from custody a person with Ebola or some other disease, this person will infect people around him, they will infect doctors, who come into contact with this person, doctors like doctor Taitz, and you tell me that people, who are affected, do not have any standing to sue the government?
INS rep admitted that he knew of people from Muslim countries, known for supporting terrorism, are crossing the border. Border patrol agent and INS agent admitted that TSA does not call them to verify whether the people, who board the planes without IDs, are indeed, who they say they are. INS agent admitted that when they don’t have enough beds, they just release illegal aliens on their own recognizance, they just let them go. In other instances they send them to Catholic charities, who buy buss ticket for them and drop them at the bus station. The audience at the hearing was gasping, it was crystal clear to everyone that the whole system is a complete sham. We do not have a National security and pretty soon we will not have a nation, this regime is simply destroying the national security, building the North American union and the New World order.
The judge asked HHS and DHS representatives: so, let’s say you fly these people to Idaho and they are supposed to appear for a deportation hearing there and they move to Montana, what happens then? The HHS rep said: then, I guess, they are in Montana. She was just shrugging her shoulders as the judge was shaking his head. She looked very uncomfortable. All he people, who were testifying, knew that what they are doing is very wrong, they knew that Obama administration opened the borders widely and there is zero border protection. At some point the judge told the INS enforcement and removal agent: you are not doing either enforcement or removal. All the witnesses were pretty much saying: don’t blame us, we are just following the orders.

Looks like Obama is going to get away with more lawlessness. Now they have plenty of time to either find some dirt on this judge and remove him, blackmail,bribe him or both. They’ll give him few million from the Federal Reserve where Obama has been getting his bypass Congress money from. Either that or they’ll threaten him that they’ll get someone in his family and it’ll look like an accident, the Chicago Rico way. They will get this postponed until after the elections too. I’ll bet on it

Even though Judge Hanen seemed disgusted with magnitude of the regime’s corruption, it’s unthinkable he would wait 60 days for an injunction hearing. America is spewing lava and is ready to blow any second. I do not trust anyone in our federal court system. They are protecting him to protect themselves.
I cannot thank you enough for the sacrifices you have made for our country. May God continue to protect you and your family. Hoping and praying for justice and an end to this living nightmare.

No matter what conservatives do they will be blamed. Until it gets bad enough. This issue will be settled when those entitled run out of benefits. They are feeding on what was built by conservatives.Who knows what happens when there is nothing left to be entitled to.Obama won’t allow production with any number of regulations. Republicans are helpless. Their candidates and supporters have to obey the law and are lucky to get all their legal votes counted. They sit back and see the courts allow illegal candidates and count votes that can’t be verified with IDS or SSN’s. Yet the gay media still blames republicans for not stopping the democrats. They ain’t gonna know what hit them.

Oh Judge Hanen, don’t break America’s heart. Why wait 60 days? Is it to allow Obama the opportunity to pronounce his Papal fiat that we know to be in the works, his expected executive order on amnesty? Is there advantage to the country for you to postpone until that?
You’re the closest thing to a man with gonads we’ve encountered. Another judge, a decorated Marine from Vietnam times, hid behind his sanitary napkins when confronted with the right choices to be made. He disgraced the Corps.

National security breaches and public health dangers have been uncovered in a massive manner. [Did you make some headway or is the judge stonewalling on behalf of the defendants?] The Judge has helped in discoveries in significant way. The proceedings of this court are revealing the truth of dangers associated with the illegals traffic and are important regardless of the Court final decisions. Orly was great in getting through and revealing the real content of the testimonies at the hearing. She has done it many times in striking manner in previous hearings, such as New Hampshire. [Would you please tell us what happened in simple language so we can understand better?] Orly has just placed an important longer description as to what has happened at the hearing to precede her first brief on the hearings at this site.[Legaleez can be confusing to the layperson.] There is no legal terms in this longer description. [I do not trust anyone in our federal court system.] Judge Hanen was helpful in getting through to the content of the testimonies. His disgust with regard to the actions of the executive branch which you have noticed is certainly a plus point for the Judge. [They are protecting him to protect themselves.] This is certainly true behind many of such proceedings. We need to watch this Court longer. Your comments may effect the Judge. Keep at it, please.

Each of you would have been so proud of Orly. She presented a very professional and well researched argument before Judge Hanen.
Orly also done a great job in making each of the three Government witnesses look pretty bad as each of them couldn’t remember the lie that the other had just told to the Court.
Judge Hanen was very fair in running His court and gave each side all of the time necessary to present their argument.
I am so proud of Orly regardless of the eventual outcome.
I am only saddened by the fact their are not more ‘Orly’s within our Nation to fight for all American’s.

How’s a judge to rule when military, civil service (GS), federal, state, local, unions, corporate, pensioners, welfare, section eighters, congress, and the courts are all beholding to whatever satanist calls himself president? The working class is too busy and overwhelmed; the rich are too rich and self engrossed to have a clue; and the ambitious are too busy feeding their misguided egos.

Seems such a paradox. The judge acknowledges the unlawfulness and seems to exhibit legitimate concern yet stalls on any meaningful and urgently needed resolution.
I will also try to refrain from a hasty judgement so as not to squash all hope.

To have standing, you need to prove that you caught a communicable disease from one of the aliens arriving at the border.
I would imagine the court would also be interested in seeing some proof that you actually treat these illegal immigrants as a medical provider.
So, you need to get your doctor to testify that you are sick and the disease can be traced back to one of these aliens. And a photograph of you treating one of these aliens would be worth one thousand words. Hopefully, you can also get photographs of the numerous illegal aliens waiting in your waiting room for treatment.

Dr orly doesn’t have to prove that she or anyone in America has standing and they don’t need to prove that they have been harmed by these (“ILLEGALS!”), period!

One small detail hampering Orly: The SCOTUS has refused to do it’s job and act on most of the evidence Orly has presented to them or it would never gotten to this. It amounts to waiting for an election to decide on whether or not to enforce duly enacted law. Obama’s democratic party rigs the election. Blue states let anyone vote including undocumented voters. They indict republican candidates and they pay the gay media to smear republicans. Judges are aware of this. What would you do up against the odds Orly is up against? Hope enough people get it, especially the ones involved in the corruption of fixing the elections.

MDR Tuberculosis (New Strain) – Multi Drug Resistant TB. Now detected is a strain resistant to most of the 12 known treatments. This is being increasingly seen in new arrivals. Brought in by ILLEGAL aliens from India, China and of course, mexico. 38,291 cases investigated in CA. 84% from mexico and Philippines. 24 months of treatment, costing as much as $250K – $1.2 MILLION per case; 60% Fatal.

Dengue – In U.S. was considered rare and not fatal – However 2003 saw a major outbreak at Texas mexico border; 2009, an outbreak of dengue fever was identified in Key West, Fla. A variant, Dengue Hemorrhagic is often fatal.
Dengue hemorrhagic fever is caused by a virus for which there is NO known CURE or vaccine, the only treatment is to treat the symptoms.
Hepatitis A – Fecal matter transmitted. BEAVER, Pa. (AP) — A hepatitis A outbreak that has killed three people and sickened nearly 600 others who ate at a Chi-Chi’s Mexican restaurant was probably caused by green onions from mexico. Other outbreaks in Tennessee and Georgia, about 3,000 total exposed. More than 9,100 people received antibody shots in the Pennsylvania outbreak to reduce their chances of contracting the disease after exposure.
Workers who failed to wash their hands at any stage of the onions’ transit from field to the restaurant are another possible culprit.

Chikungunya — an African word that loosely translates as “contorted with pain” — is most commonly found in Asia and Africa, and began appearing in the Caribbean last winter. Between 2006 and 2013, there were approximately 28 reported cases of the virus each year in travelers returning to the U.S. This year, travel-related chikungunya has been diagnosed in patients who have recently visited to the Caribbean.
U.S. health officials announced the first locally acquired case of chikungunya, a mosquito-borne virus that’s become prevalent in the Caribbean in recent months.
The CDC reports a male patient in Florida was diagnosed with the virus, and had not recently traveled outside the country. Federal and Florida state health officials are investigating how the man could have contracted the virus domestically. They’re also working to monitor the region in an effort to prevent additional infections and educate residents on ways to prevent mosquito bites. Local transmission occurs when the insect bites a person with the infection and then transmits the virus by biting others.
