Judge Hollander refused to recuse herself in spite of the fact that she was an Obama appointee and she aided and abetted Obama  by covering up his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 . Judge Hollander claims that it is “speculative” to believe that her appointment to the bench would be in jeopardy because the men who appointed her is a fraud using stolen and fabricated IDs.

Taitz provided Judge Hollander E-Verify and SSNVS records showing that Obama is using a stolen CT SSN of Harry Bounel, who was born in 1890 and is believed to be deceased. (See complaint and evidence below). SSA was obligated to provide the application to this SSN as according to 120 year rule such applications have to be released. Originally SSN stated that they have the docs but would not release them due to privacy. When the complaint was filed and SSA was confronted with the fact that they have no right to use privacy excuse, they said that they can’t find the application in electronic records. Taitz demanded release of the paper record. Judge Hollander simply refused to order SSA to release the paper record, the original application to SSN 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using, as it would have shown that Obama is indeed a criminal, who is sitting in the WH with a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425, this would have ended Obama’s presidency and transported Obama from the White House to the Big house, it would put under question mark all of Obama’s appointments, including appointment of Judge Hollander.

If Judge Hollander really wanted to end the controversy, she would have ordered to release the application and end the issue once and for all. After all, the whole country already knows that Obama is using this stolen Social Security number, as he posted it with his tax returns on line and did not flatten the pdf file. The only conceivable reason Judge Hollander  refused to release the original   application to CT SSN 042-68-4425, is because she knows Obama is using this stolen number and she knows that the revelation will not only cost him presidency and freedom, but will also cost her Federal Judgeship.    She states that is is “speculative” to believe that if indeed it is uncovered that Obama used a stolen CT SSN, she would be removed from the bench as a judge and there is a conflict of interest requiring her recusal. She believes that there is no conflict of interest and she should not recuse herself.

This is truly frightening. US citizens officially have no rights and are treated as slaves by the regime. Obama is flooding this nation with illegals, acting as a dictator, courts have in front of them evidence of Obama being a criminal, who is using stolen and fabricated IDs and the judges are complicit in the cover up. We have no rule of law, we do not have a system of justice.

    Send it up to her boss, and appeal it! She acted knowingly, that this would have broken this case wide open, but decided to cover it up and not mention her appointment by the Pres.

    This is to be expected with our corrupt liberal activist judges. Sotomayor and Kagan never recuse themselves when it comes to deciding to grant certiorari on cases concerning Obama’s NBC status. Justice can not be found in US courts.

    Best to appeal this further. Best to also
    accuse her of furthering a RICO Act. Complain
    to another court about this. The SSN matter is
    full of partisans in a RICO act (Wiggins and
    Colvin, Astrue, Lamberth, Holder, etc.)

    Also alert Issa and Goodlatte on this mess via
    the House Judiciary Comtee. Note that she is
    fearful of a Fuddy, and has been compromised
    and threatened. Hollander fears death, etc.

    Do NOT give up the ghost, Danno!!!
