Civil rights attorney seeks CA Department of Justice Attorney General position

Primary elections are scheduled at this time throughout the nation; however, one candidate is of interest to many Americans.

Dr. Orly Taitz, a civil rights attorney, is known nationally for her endless determination to ‘pursue the truth’ and ‘restore laws in our government.’ To accomplish her goal, Taitz is running for Department of Justice Attorney General of California.

Taitz was born and raised in the Communist Soviet Union and knows firsthand the bleakness of the totalitarian regime and depravation of constitutional rights. For this reason, Taitz has fought to bring to public view a number of legal challenges dealing with violations of constitutional and civil rights of U.S. citizens throughout the nation.

Taitz has previously filed court challenges of national interest throughout the country — Maryland, Georgia, Washington, D.C., New Hampshire, Hawaii, California, Indiana, Texas and Mississippi — in an attempt to view and challenge the concealed records of Barack Obama. Since 2008, Taitz has traveled all over the nation talking to law enforcement, FBI, legislators, state and U.S. representatives and senators and members of the military.

Attorney Taitz describes her goal for the office of Attorney General as “bringing back the rule of law in these times of massive corruption . . . . . I can lead the way in nullifying unconstitutional executive orders and laws in California, and the rest of the country can follow suit.”

Attorney Taitz has been endorsed by Tea Party United, Populist Group Fresco Foward.com and Fresno Forward in Fresno Forward Voter Guide. In addition, The Sutter Buttes Tea Party Patriots announced the results of their Gubernatorial Primary Election Straw Poll on May 20, 2014, listing Dr. Orly Taitz as winner for Attorney General.

Taitz was voted ‘Freedom Attorney of the Year’ in 2010.

Taitz is a member of the International Criminal Court Panel and is admitted in Federal Court to try cases in multiple Federal Courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and International Criminal Court.

Attorney Taitz is the writer of a blog, www.orlytaitzesq.com, which is dedicated to the preservation of constitutional rights of U.S. citizens.

Taitz’s Statement of Candidacy for the Department of Justice Attorney General is attached below:

“Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ is both a licensed attorney and a licensed doctor in CA, a businesswoman, a wife of 27 years and a mother of 3 sons. Taitz is seeking to uphold constitutional and civil rights of Californians.

As an AG, Taitz will do the following:

Nullification of unconstitutional NSA spying on law abiding citizens of CA;

Nullification of use by NSA of Google, Facebook, Yahoo and others as a tool in unconstitutional data gathering on citizens of CA, as well as candidates for office, elected officials and judges;

Nullification of an unconstitutional discriminatory Obamacare tax levied on some of the citizens of Ca and waived for corporations;

Homeowner and creditor assistance from recovered mortgage proceeds instead of funneling the funds to cronies and targeted extortion and shake downs;

Nullification of EPA mandates which destroy businesses and agriculture in CA and deprive the state of water badly needed for farming;

Nullification in CA provisions of trade agreements, such as TPP, TAFTA, NAFTA, WTO-GATT which deprive citizens of work and environmental protection, as well as jobs, wages and benefits;

Nullification of NDAA provisions which allow indefinite incarceration without trial;

Nullification of unfunded Federal mandates which bankrupt businesses and state;

End elections fraud, remove invalid voter registrations from databases, seek legitimacy of candidates, prosecute state officials who ignored all evidence brought by law enforcement and experts, showing Obama to possess citizenship of Indonesia, fabricated Selective Service certificate, fabricated birth certificate and a CT Social Security number, which failed both E-verify and SSNVS.”

    Dear Dr. Taitz, I have been spending time reading about your work. I am troubled by the sense that you want people to take the law into their own hands. Please confirm that is not what you are asking people to do. My family is part of a militia but I do not want them to act without thinking. Please advise.

    ps. I think there is tampering with your site. I have posted this 3 times now and can’t get it posted.

    I am an attorney and I am not telling anyone to brake the law or to take the law in his own hands. Anyone reading this blog knows that I always tell people to act within the frame of law. It looks like a comment made by an obot hoping for a “gotch’youa” moment

    Poster #3: Why do you assume that Dr Orly is doing something wrong?

    One must be able to discern truth, before you can comment on it!

    If you truly are interested in abiding by the Constitution, remove and rescind that title of nobility at the end of your name, “esq” for esquire as titles of nobility are prohibited by the very constitution you profess to want to support so adamantly! Good luck on your run for AG!
