    This pleading is a eloquent argument showing how the equal protection clause is being grossly and repetitiously violated by Obama supporters, as if Obama were another god above all human laws and above the US Constitution…

    I am wondering if the Supreme Court would ignore the law and use the same tactics. If not, then that is the way to go. Keep appealing until you get to the Supreme Court.
