Political game of chess. Defunding of Obama amnesty passed the House. GOP does not need 60 votes, they can pass the budget bill with only 51 votes through reconciliation. Lawless Obama will have to veto funding of DHS

As we know, previously  Democrats passed bills with only 51 votes. That includes Obamacare.

So, here is the likely scenario after DHS funding bill with defunding of Obama amnesty passed the House.

What will happen in the Senate, is that Democrats will refuse to fund DHS with exclusion of of lawless Obama amnesty.

Second move in this game of chess will be passing of the clean funding bill in the Senate with 60 votes.

As House and Senate bills will differ, as step 3, 51 Republicans in the Senate will vote for the reconciliation bill, which will allow funding of DHS only on condition of defunding of Obama’s lawless DACA and amnesty.

Check-mate. Obama will be forced to veto funding of the DHS, which will enrage the nation.

Obama will veto, so DHS will continue functioning with skeleton emergency staff. State National Guards will be mobilized to help the emergency crew of the DHS. Lawless actions of Obama will enrage even more citizens, which might cost Hilary the Presidency in 2016 and many Democrats might lose seats.

Meanwhile, only border patrol will be working. Immigration services will be shut down and Obama will not be able to create more voting Democrats from illegal aliens.

This is the most likely scenario, but of course, unexpected things might happen, which might change the course of this political game of chess.
