Toobin is a longtime friend of Supreme Court justice Elena Kagan, having met her while the two were students at Harvard Law School.[9] He has described Chief Justice John Roberts as “very, very conservative.”[10] Regarding Justice Clarence Thomas, Toobin has said that Thomas’ legal views were “highly unusual and extreme”, called him “a nut,” and said that he was “furious all the time.”[11] [12]

In March 2009, Politico revealed that Toobin was a member of the private discussion group JournoList, where “several hundred left-leaning bloggers, political reporters, magazine writers, policy wonks and academics” “talked stories and compared notes.”[13][14]

Today Donald Trump appeared on CNN with Anderson Cooper. After the interview even the left leaning Anderson Cooper posed a quetion to his senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin: “Why wouldn’t Obama release his long form Birth Certificate and end the questions”

Toobin responded by saying that all the birthers are just biggots and crazy and there is no need to release the long form BC.

Toobin is an embarassment to CNN and the journalists around the world. Please, see the excerpt from Wikipedia. It clearly states that Toobin admitted to being a member of “Journalist “, a well known far left hate group, which was condemned by true journalists around the country for being biggots and hating and slandering conservative politicians. Additionally, one can see that Toobin is a personal friend of Elenna Kagan and made totally inappropriate remarks about Justice Clarence Thomas.

Toobin’s slander of birthers today is akin to behavior of Spanish inquisition, which believed that everyone who folllowed Copernicus and Galileo Galilei and thought that the Earth revolves around the Sun, is crazy, and needs to be burned at the stake. By the way, Toobin’s counterpart on MSNBC, Chris Matthews, actually suggested that I need to be tied to the stakes like a witch.

It is time for the patriots of this country to stand up and fight back. Demand firing of Toobin!!!

    Sounds like Toobin was channeling his “inner Soviet Nomenklatura” to us citizens, whom he considers peasants.

    It is sheer pedantry and shows that we have slid already into a kind of tyranny.

    God help us!

    Interesting that the lightning bolt which touched the White House happened during Holy Week.

    Isn’t the word for Lightning “BuRAK” in Hebrew?

    Oh, yeah, Orly! Now it makes sense. Do you remember how this guy would post on your site here, and would spout his “free speech?”

    I remember countering his posts…but at that time, I and probably most of us didn’t understand that he was a “CNN Legal Analyst”! How coy!

    I wonder what these “lefties” tick? And how could CNN allow this guy to prank you and all Patriots off, when someone of his legal position should know how to conduct himself with some responsible ediquette, in a public forum!

    So, CNN legal analyst, here’s my analysis of you:…”you’re too___much!” Thanks, Orly, for bringing this info to the attention of Patriots, who need to know whom this guy is!

    Orly, CNN should have done this a long while ago, but what do you expect from Ted Turner’s progressive network?

    Over the last year it has become very apparent that Jeffrey Toobin is a shadowy character who is a puppet-master for a lot of AC360’s programming. He is not just a commentator, he seems to be forming and directing material behind the scenes to advance the Journolist agenda.

    The AC360 investigation today was flawed because the newspaper announcements came from Hawaii’s Department of Health, not directly from the hospital of birth. The Department of Health info. submitted to the newspapers could simply have been triggered by the COLB, and the COLB could be obtained for a birth outside the country (or for a home birth).

    Jeffrey Toobin’s words today were true to form for such a low-life corrupt sycophant.

    I have not formed a definitive conclusion on the birther issue. What is clear is that it is shocking how so much of the president’s background has either not been released, has been hidden, and in some cases may have been forged.

    I tip my hat to you for your bravery and persistence over the last few years, and wish you the best and my prayers.

    Good news for today:
    Just received my obama tax refund check and depositing it into our bank account.
    First order of business is to send Dr.Taitz a credit card payment for the “Irony Fund”
    I had pledged $25.00 for Dr.Taitz; however I will send $50.00 as I was elated by the news that LTC Lakin will be freed within a few weeks.
    I attribute the time and effort that Orley has put in for Terry Lakin, helped in this release, Lakin is another true patriot.
    All of you others can be Patriots too.
    Support a worthy cause, namely (Dr.Taitz)
    Let your voice be heard with your credit card.
    Send our ‘Joan of Arc’ a small donation for the Irony Fund.
    And don’t forget that Orley is again going to speak for you, in person, at the oral argument
    hearing on May 2nd. (happens to be my birthday); a good sign.
