I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? If this petition gets 100,000 signatures by July 11, 2013, the White House will review it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

We petition the U.S. Government to institute Edward Snowden national holiday similar to Martin Luther King day. Edward Snowden will be a National Holiday to commemorate a historic act by a young NSA employee, who blew the whistle on an unprecedented corruption and deprivation of civil rights of millions of Americans achieved through an unholy alliance between overreaching U.S. government and large communications and Internet corporations. Martin Luther King fought for civil rights of roughly 10% of Americans.    Thank you, Orly for creating this petition. I believe Edward Snowden is a person of integrity and is courageous beyond measure. In dark times, God calls good people to lead by their example.

   This is a president that said when he wanted your vote that he would stop what Bush was doing, now he is after Snowden, yet he is doing what Bush did, obama he has no integrity, he is a liar. Snowden is a true American!
