9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS TO HOLD ORAL ARGUMENT IN
GRINOLS ET AL V ELECTORAL COLLEGE, OBAMA, BIDEN ET AL
The case was brought by Attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of presidential candidates and electors in 2012 presidential election. It took 9th Circuit 3 years to get to the oral argument stage.
The plaintiffs provided the court undeniable proof that Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah used Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him and all fabricated IDs as proof of his identity and eligibility for the US Presidency. The case is particularly strong as in 2012 9th circuit disqualified another candidate, Peta Lindsey, for lack of eligibility.

Arpaio needs to release this signed affidavit. I subpoenaed Arpaio and Zullo to appear in court multiple times, they refused to appear and testify in court. They raised money, talked, but refused to appear in court

Who is Reed Hayes? Mike Zullo hired Reed Hayes after 212 experts turned down his requests to opine on the validity of the President’s long form birth certificate. That fact alone should raise a warning flag about Mr. Hayes. Reed Hayes is a member of the National Association of Document Examiners, NADE for short. Reed Hayes, who has been employed in the past by the same firm that’s defending Obama’s eligibility cases, has confirmed the findings of Voght and also believes it’s a forgery, he signed a sworn affidavit confirming it as well. “It’s 100% a forgery, no doubt about it,” he said.
Hayes 30 page report report says that “based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources.” Which backs up what Voght had to say in his findings as well.

they may, though they tried to get a signed affidavit from hm before and got nothing. I don’t know if he ever signed an affidavit

Orly, they aren’t going to find “little Barry ” guilty of anything! I took information I remembered from the news in 1960-61 to my senator 2 years ago- wrote it all out and took it to his aide. You know if they wanted to badly enough the could recover the news casts that his mother was in back then. We have been lied to by every member of our government!
