Please, come to the oral argument in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, May 2, 9 am, Pasadena division, Courtroom 1 Keyes, Barnett et al v Obama et al is the case, that was originally heard before judge Carter in CA. Originally he stated that the case will be heard on the merits, Judge Carter pressured me and demanded that I serve Obama with the complaint yet again, for the 5th time, after Obama defaulted and did not provide an answer. I refused to serve him again through the US attorneys office, as the complaint was filed January 20, 2009, on inauguration day and dealt with fraud committed by Obama before inauguration and for personal  purpose.  When one is being sued for his personal actions, not for something he did in the line of duty, he is served as an individual, personally, and does not get to waste our taxpayer dollars on US attorneys defending him. I argued, that I properly served Obama, via personal service, I was not supposed to serve the uS attorneys’ office, Obama defaulted and judge Carter owed me a default judge and post judgment discovery. I stated that if he does not give me default judgment, I am going to the Court of Appeals. Judge Carter stated on the record, that this case is too important to be decided on technicality, it needs to be heard on the merits. I responded that I do not trust the system, that I do not trust the US authorneys’ office, that they will try to dismiss the case on technicality, such as lack of standing or lack of jurisdiction and the case will never be heard on the merits. Judge Carter stated that there is jurisdiction here, it will not be dismissed on technicality, it will be heard on the merits. Under duress and pressure from this federal judge I agreed to serve Obama yet again through e US attorneys’ office and shortly thereafter Carter dismissed the case, claiming lack of jurisdiction and standing.

In my appeal I argued that I, My client former UN ambassador Alan Keyes and other plaintiffs and millions of Americans relied on the promise made by judge Carter, we relied that he will act honorably as a Federal judge and a former U.S. marine, and he defrauded us. It was a clear case of an error by the judge, abuse of judicial discretion and possibly judicial misconduct. Not only Judge Carter dismissed the case, he also used his final order (undoubtedly written by some Obama supporter) to viciously attack me and my clients.

It helps to have support from the plaintiffs and the public.

    This excellent explanation of the issues should be your argument. Clear, concise, convincing and devastating to Obama. I don’t see how he can respond.

    Orly, as one of your more vocal plaintiffs, I would surely be there in the courtroom if I were not stationed way over here in Japan. Hopefully the stateside plaintiffs will make it though. I wish you the best of luck with quick-witted responses and sentence articualtion.
