Peta Lindsey case where the court ruled that the Sec of State’s duty is to check eligibility, does not show in legal search sites

Peta Lindsey and Peace and Freedom party v Bowen is a case where the Secretary of State of CA Deborah Bowen threw of the ballot Pet Lindsey the 9th Circuit court of Appeals ruled that Secretary of State had a duty to assure lawful elections and has a right to throw a candidate of the ballot. This case does not show in “west law next” and other legal search websites.

I noticed that when I disclose this type of censorship, the ruling regime makes changes and re-instates cases that were deleted from legal searches. We will see if  our ruling mafia will re-insert this case.

I personally had always assumed that attending to the qualification of candidates was one of the major responsibilities of any sec. of state.

This is Justia’s fraudulent subterfuge and deceit (to hide the fact that Barry is NOT constitutionally eligible for to be POTUS) all over again!

Justia caught red-handed hiding references to Minor versus Happersett in published U.S. Supreme Court rulings:

But didn’t Nancy Pelosi usurp this function
in Hawaii? Who was the Sec of State there
in 2007-2008? No proper certification or
    re-certification of Obot/Obama, because
Nancy Pelosi had intervened with fraudulent
DNC document certifications. Ask JB. Williams
of Canada Free Press. I do not recall an SOS
certfication of Obot in Hawaii before the
2008 Electoral College. Huh? Who was it?
    Fukino, Hanabusa, Schatz?

    Check it, Danno!!!
