Reminding the public what transpired in Grinols case

I am currently working on the reply to opposition to my Motion for Summary Judgment in relation to release to SS-5, application for SSN of Harry Bounel, which Obama is fraudulently using. I have 17 days sine Sept 16 to submit. This is a first draft for the proposed order part of the reply. I will appreciate responses from my supporters, paralegals and attorneys, who followed the case. It looks like judge England did not issue the final order to dismiss the Grinols case and there is no transcript from the clerk either. I am still waiting for the transcript. the 9th circuit states that they do not have jurisdiction as there is not final order to dismiss by judge England
