Good luck on this. Hopefully it will receive a better ruling than the one issued by Malihi. Judge Wright was appointed by a democratic governor, Zell Miller, who,in the recent past, has been very critical of Obama.

She looks like a nice lady. I hope she comes through for us. How long until we know Orly?
As always, all of my faith and hope is on you Orly. You’ve earned it.

PLEASE, remove this if you think it may prejudice your case Orly.

I googled for “Cynthia D. Wright” and found and confirmed that the judge was the victim in a shooting by a spurned lover, Marcia Gibson. Most information seems to have been scrubbed about the incident from the net. To me such details suggest Judge Wright is highly unlikely to overturn Mahili’s bad decision.

What is known about her party affilation or at least her ruling record in other cases? A predictive outcome can be determined right now if we knew more about this.

The Honorable Chief Judge Cynthia D. Wright, I am sure will, “up hold the point of law”. As I am sure she is a person that is kind & caring & loving to each and every one in the U.S.A. Believing in a search for the truth, the appeal will of course be granted. If you research this Judge, the Honorable Wright, you will not find any strange things, such as decisions, flip flop comments and response to the public, defendants, state officials, law enforcers, or others. In all probability you will not be in for any surprises.

    Dear Attorney Taitz,
One can only hope and pray that your efforts to
reach the truth on Obama, come to fruition. It is so much work on your part, that I hope we can get to the REAL truth, sooner than later. I
also await with my prayers for Sheriff Arpaio on his investigation of Obama. There is just TOO much on “Obama’s Hidden Past” that has been
swept under the rug, that IMO proves he is still trying to hide from the American people.
Good luck in your continued efforts Ms.Taitz and God bless you always.

    > Zell Miller – Democrat

    > George Busbee – Democrat

    > Sam Nunn – Democrat

    > …served as corporate counsel to the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority

I could sure think of a better scenario to start an appeal with.

Zell Miller was also the one to challenge Chris Mattews to a duel.

Everyone will like her till she dont go after Obama then she will be part of conspiracy. I hare to say it no one will take on Obama for fear or payoff. You want him out vote him out.

She learned at the knee of DEMOCRATS:
Busbee served nine terms in the Georgia House of Representatives, and was floor leader for Governor Carl Sanders. Busbee won the Democratic nomination for governor in 1974—Jimmy Carter’s final year in that office—over Lieutenant Governor Lester Maddox. In the fall, he handily defeated Ronnie Thompson, the first Republican to have served as mayor of Macon. In 1976, voters approved a wholesale revision of the Georgia Constitution, which included a provision that allowed Busbee to become the state’s first governor to serve two consecutive four-year terms. He won election to his second term in 1978 with an easy victory over Republican candidate Rodney Cook.
    AND:
Samuel Augustus Nunn, Jr. (born September 8, 1938) is an American lawyer and politician. Currently the co-chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, Nunn served for 24 years as a United States Senator from Georgia (1972 until 1997) as a member of the Democratic Party. His political experience and credentials on national defense reportedly put him into consideration as a potential running mate for Democratic presidential candidates John Kerry (2004) and Barack Obama (2008)
    AND:
Zell Bryan Miller (born February 24, 1932) is an American politician from the US state of Georgia. A Democrat, Miller served as Lieutenant Governor from 1975 to 1991, 79th Governor of Georgia from 1991 to 1999, and as United States Senator from 2000 to 2005.

Although a member of the Democratic Party, Miller backed Republican President George W. Bush over Democratic nominee John Kerry in the 2004 presidential election and since 2003 has frequently criticized the Democratic Party, and has publicly supported several Republican candidates. In 2006, Miller did voice-overs (narrations) for Republican candidate commercials in Georgia state elections (George “Sonny” Perdue and Ralph Reed). Miller serves as the national co-chair to the campaign of Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich.

I wish that would be the case, but she was a trial lawyer, most trial lawyers are big supporters of the Dem party, she is an appointee of the Democrat governer Zell Miller. It is extremely tough. We, actually, mignt have better luck with higher courts, I believe, there are more Republicans there on the panels, but then of course, those can be sold out establishment Republicans. We’ll have to wait and see. I can present the case and the evidence, after that, it’s not up to me
