    When the panel rules against you, don’t go running up to the Supreme Court with a writ for Certiorari, but instead file a motion for reconsideration and rehearing en banc before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. You will have to publish the transcript of your oral argument heard this week along with the original moving papers and the opposition’s response papers all the way up from the District level (all transcript from there) in the motion for reconsideration. This gets everything on the record for SCOTUS. It also give you an opportunity to throw in any additonal information that may have arisen, such as the numbering descrepancy between the Nordyke Twins COLB 08/05/61 and Obama’s COBL 08/04/61 in which the twins have a lower number on the documents than Obama’s even though they were born a day later. Too bad you can’t get access to the microfilm for the COLBs for the month of August 1961, I think it would prove to be very very interesting.
