I wish you all the luck with your video, Orly, but I think Loretta Lynch was hand picked by Barry to keep covering his ass and NOT to bring up charges on the husband of her “sorority sista” (Eric Holder)….So all in all it will be business as usual for the duration of Barry’s term.

She would not prosecute employees of ny banks who were laundering drug money but is doing important things like going after fifa haha….she never would’ve been ag if she actually was honest and fair. It confounds me to no end how so man can be so uncomprehending as to throw the term “birther”about as a pejorative, intended as the utmost insult, when in truth it is the ultimate complement, distinguishing those committed to exposing truth, confronting the lies, corruption, and fraud, and attempting to enlighten for the benefit of all the extent of the criminal, traitorous element infesting our government.

others have discretion, too. I forwarded this to Philadelphia DA. I was told that Mark Costello, chair of the special investigations unit is interested in this, however he did nothing and I am afraid he was pressured to do nothing. You can contact him and ask about the status and you can contact Lynch and ask to expedite prosecution in order to assure citizens that there is integrity in the federal courts

Jerry/Virginia….the problem lies with the fact that there is NO difference between the two parties…with what I believe is computer controlled elections, that are awarded to candidates on their ability to get along with the agenda (think how Ron Paul was treated by the Republicans…. he had too many people starting to follow him, and the establishment couldn’t have that). …our votes don’t count at all…they are either ignored or destroyed and they insert the ones they want to.

Judge orders Clinton Foundation racketeering case to trial

A Florida judge has set a trial date in the racketeering case against the Clinton Foundation and Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Judge Donald Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida ordered the racketeering, influenced and corrupt organizations, or RICO, case to head to trial January 20, 2016

typically, when a case is filed, a schedule for discovery and trial is set. It is done automatically, however it means nothing, as defendants typically file within 30 days a motion to dismiss based on lack of jurisdiction, lack of standing and failure to state a claim. We’ll see what happens, however, there is a 99.9% chance that this case will be dismissed early on a motion to dismiss. For RICO you have to show that you personally suffered a financial damage of, I believe, over $75,000. The complaint does not appear to plead any particularized personal damage.

Larry, no doubt probably both elections were stolen. Not a single vote for Romney in 59 Philly precincts, mathematical impossibility. The optimist in me has hopes, although dim, we can turn this around. The very worst Republican is still better than the very best Democrat.

Foundation, or indict Bill and Hilly. There is

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Orly ,could this be a way to go with your filings ?…would this not give you “standing”…by trying not to be charged with a crime by having information of a committed felony?.. Then would not the judge who throws it out be guilty of breaking the same law ?

Only, what do you make of the 3 ineligible candidates running for 2016? I believe they are trying to do away with the constitution. I called my rep. About it and got the answer that , referring to Marco Rubio, that it’s a technicality . That response from his aide.

First, I believe that it will be between Bush and Walker at the end, both are eligible. If an ineligible candidate wins a nomination, I do not believe we will find one honest judge who will hear on the merits the whole issue of eligibility of both Obama and other candidates.
