   The subpoena is an and important document the needs to be clearly displayed so that the American citizens can clearly see and read the subpoena contents.

   SCRIBD is the place where anyone can have their contacts ‘clearly’ view the subpoena, which is an important document because it comes from the District of Columbia where Federal crimes are adjudicated.

   The subpoena shown above is not readable at all with some browsers.

   This is very positive. It’s a subpoena and to my knowledge they must answer the subpoena.

   On another issue, I recently saw the movie Lincoln. It shows in great detail how Abraham Lincoln and Republicans sought to end slavery in the face of objections from the Democrats. The 13th amendment ends slavery along with the involuntary servitude that goes with it. Therefore I would like to know if Obamacare can also be considered a form of slavery by forcing people into involuntary servitude to pay for it? It is my believe that not only the 13th Amendment is being broken with Obamacare but that the entire philosophy of redistribution of the wealth is contrary to the 13th Amendment. I would like to know your thoughts on the subject Dr. Taitz.

    Maybe you better be surrounded by bunches of cops when they are delivered. I do not trust any of them. When you get them, make sure you have many witnesses who see them before they come in and steal them away. CYA at all times.

    For Elizabeth Wilcox Fernandez – I HIGHLY recommend that you go back through approximately 5 years of documentation on Obama – (or whatever his legal name is) Obama has spent THOUSANDS of $$$ (don’t know what the last $ count is) to cover up EVERYTHING about his past plus mega throughout these last 4 years!

    Good for you. Seems you’re the only one with guts enough to try something like this. I had always heard that all his records such as school records, social security number, & pass port records were “sealed”. I’m not sure what the term sealed means in a legal sense, however. My hopes & prayers are with you.

    Like 1 Dragon said. Even if they produce something I won’t believe it. He’s had ample time to fix some phony records. I can’t really see them handing over anything that will hurt their Muslim.

    I read that his Mother’s immigration records are also sealed. Why is that? Where was she on his supposed date of birth? INS should have her and BHO Sr.’s immigration records. Anyone who spends $Millions to cover what are public records for the rest of us most have some fairly deep do-do to hide.

As some people have commented here though, I’m not sure if the “truth” will really be shown. I commend you for your bravery and keep pushing on!!

    This is great if it goes through. I can’t understand why no one has ever challenged Obama as he is NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN because in order to be one both parents must be citizens at the time of Birth of the offspring. Obama’s Father was not a U.S.Citizen therefore no matter where Obama was born he cannot be a Natural Born Citizen of the U.S. If he was born on a Construction site in Chicago in a Port-a-Pot, after emptying it out they found baby Obama, he still would not be a Natural Born Citizen as his Father was Kenyan.

    I agree with this happening. After September 11. I believe every politician. Should have to show proof of citizenship. It should be a regulation in homeland security. Seeing as the government is responsible for our safety. They should be the first ones with checks. They are no less. Nor any different than any other American. after thousands of death. The process is just!

    I pray for your success. The Prez has some heavy duty things in the works. The media hides things like the Common Core (Obamacore) he proposes for our nation’s schools. The new Homeland Corps; paid, uniformed, equipped with armored vehicles with machine gun slots, a mountain of ammunition, and under the umbrella of FEMA. It smacks strongly of the Nazi requirement for content taught in German schools and the Homeland Youth trained to defend the “motherland”. What he is doing falls right into line with what the Muslim Brotherhood planned for in the 1980″s. God Bless you and may God & you protect our great nation.
