To begin with, can you really expect a foreign citizen with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number to run a clean election? Of course not.

While I disagree with Joseph Farah on a umber of issues, he joins me and Michael Savage, Alan West, Sean Hannity and some 60 million Americans who came to the same conclusion: Obama never won an election. What we are seeing, is massive fraud.

This fraud goes unprosecuted because of gutless and brainless puppets put in the top positions of power in the GOP, who refuse to fight, refuse to go to court, refuse to confront usurper Obama and tell him, show me your papers. They refuse to confront   corrupt and treasonous secretaries of state, judges and other officials and demand immediate jury trials. Boehner looks and acts like a red faced drunk who cries on a whim, but incapable of showing any spine and any action. Others are not any better.

I’ve been saying for 4 years: just as Obama stole the Presidency with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number, he will steal the 2012 election with bogus democrat vote, by rigging the set up of scanners. I went to court, but corrupt and treasonous judges were criminally complicit and covered everything up.

Corruption in law enforcement and in judiciary sparked the Arab Spring. People in Tunisia and later other countries rose against the corruption: against corrupt police, corrupt judges, corrupt government. It remains to be seen, whether the US citizens would have the same zeal for freedom as we saw in the Arab spring.

You have to file legal actions to stay elections certifications due to fraud. You have to do it particularly if you reside in FL, PA, OH. Fraud there is so flagrant, it could be a sitcom material, if it would not be so disasterous for this country.

Do not trust any judge, in the issue of elections fraud, violation of civil rights no single judge can be trusted. We all saw what they did in the last 4 years. US judges were not any better than the Soviet judges, who looked the other way when the dissidents were persecuted, US judges wer not any better than the judges in Iran or in Nazi Germany. You have to write in your legal actions: I demand 7th amendment jury to decide all matters of law and fact , refuse to allow any single judge to decide the case due to the fact that this is a case of a political dissent against the ruling regime and the judges are a part and parcel of this regime.

We have until December 12 certification by the electoral vote. You have to move, act now.

I believe we have to put as additional defendants corrupt Secretaries of State, corrupt Attorney Generals.

Keep in mind, with the usurpation of the US Presidency by Obama, foreign citizen with all forged IDs, we are under occupation, we are in a state of war, we are not being governed by a rule of law, we are being governed by a de facto martial law with a complete deprivations of rights of the US citizens.

TX provided some 30,000 signatures for secession. TX might be a ground zero in the fight for liberation from usurpation of the U.S. Presidency and from the occupation.

Remember the Alamo. I need people in TX to start planning a protest at Alamo, protest against judicial corruption, against paid or threatened judges,  against the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency and the judicial corruption which allowed this usurpation to linger for 4 years.

Another state with strong sentiments is LA, thousands of petitions for secession came from LA. We need to plan a protest in New Orleans, Baton Rouge.  Maybe protests of thousands of people will catch attention of our corrupt and treasonous judges and bureaucrats.

Please, circulate a petition to your governors for secession due to usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by a foreign national with forged IDs, due to massive elections fraud  and de facto lack of any system of justice, lack of any meaningful way for a redress of grievances.

    “Respond” could mean anything, for instance “thanks” is a response.

    Tx has 52,000+ & LA near 25,000
    Add Utah, Wyoming, CA, Delaware, PA, Nevada, & Oklahoma. Also, SC, Missouri & NY each have 2 petitions filed, wish they would combine them together so 25,000 reached sooner
    The total number of states is now 27

    AS noted the important factor is to get cause at the receiving of the electoral votes to have certification held up by claims of voter fraud and Obama’s eligibility. Orly is in good position as to eligibility. States secession is a help to show cause. However one Senator and one Representative is enough to throw the certification in the air.

    I believe the election was stolen by a foreign agent that is now in our White House. He needs to be in prison along with all those who helped put him there. This is our country and they have no right to be in those power positions as they are not a part of this great country, but usurpers of authority of the Constitution of these United States. They are there illegally and those who do not stand are cowards who deserve to live in a country where they put up with this. Obama is a scourage upon this nation as are those outlaws who he has in power positions who lie for him to keep this phoney in our White House. This man is not bright, intelligent enough or legal to be where he is. He is mocking this country, as is Holder and those who will not allow Justice to prevail in this nation. Succeeding is the right thing to do under these circumstances if Congress will not use their offices to defend the American people who are against criminals running this country.

    It is within our rights to go against criminals who are taking our nation and mocking the people. All judges local, state and federal be on notice, that America is not going to take this, so do your jobs or leave in peace, while peace is still to be found in this country.
