I received the below link today from the Post & Email. This situation with Walter continues to spiral downward and I know we are all very concerned. Everyone who has attempted to assist Walter seems to have been directed from pillar to post with everyone responsible passing the buck and using the tired old line we have all heard far too often “It’s not my job….”
I called Governor Haslam’s office this morning and was directed to Jean Ligon due to her name being on the correspondence posted in the article below. Since she only takes calls and answers correspondence; she has no ability to help. She referred me to a jail inspector by the name of Joe Ferguson who was very helpful and also concerned. He gave me the name of the Inspector currently in charge of the Monroe County jail…the name is Miller Meadows and he is newly assigned to that jail. His direct cell number is 615-202-5120. Joe told me that the new inspector is a retired 22 year veteran who just might be very concerned about Walter and feel a personal connection to his circumstances…but that he doesn’t have any real high level authority.
When I told Joe that it was deplorable the jail was certified after being cited for serious problems and he said the Inspector in charge last July is no longer employed.
During both extended conversations; I explained that the background and circumstances of Walter and the well known corruption in Monroe County are being updated daily to a large base of American citizens who are becoming increasingly concerned and ANGRY. Not only about the Medieval conditions at this particular jail; but the maltreatment and civil rights violations regarding Walter. The illegal Grand Jury, the crimes committed by the Judge and other officials and the murders for which some officials have been implicated….the destruction of Walter’s home (twice?)…the beatings and tasering…and being held in bad health with diabetes complications on a cold concrete floor which has been known to be flooded with sewage, no running water, sensory deprivation and so on. This is beyond acceptance for any citizen, let alone a veteran in ill health. I explained that he has and is being persecuted for peacefully and legally pursuing justice and information that every last American citizen has a right to and that continued harassment and violations are putting his life in danger. I mentioned the other cases, like Huff, as well without going into the names and details.
Basically, I told them that the criminals and corrupt officials have targeted Walter because he threatens their playground and I am certain they will see him broken and/or dead and participate directly in that eventual situation if someone at a much higher level does not intervene immediately. Both of them, of course, wanted to know if Walter had an attorney and I tried to impress upon them that Walter cannot trust anyone connected to the county in any way and that with or without an attorney; every citizen has rights and when they are violated, we have fiduciaries who are paid to protect and serve citizens’ rights. So far, the agencies who DO have jurisdiction and specific duties with regard to public corruption and official oppression have refused to do their jobs; opting to protect and serve their peers at the expense of a citizen/veteran of our armed forces.
I pointed out that a growing number of Americans are convinced that the specific issue Walter raised…the Usurpation of the Office of President…is the reason he is being abused and the attempt to silence him has been so focused.
I called the Governor’s office back after speaking with Joe and was referred to a Nathan Buttree (I do not have the correct spelling…so I just spelled it phonetically..sorry). I ended up in voice mail and left him a message asking for a return call. I gave no details other than the fact that I was concerned for the life and health of a retired Lt. Commander of our armed services who is a constituent and needs his assistance and direction.
It is long past time that we all call the Governor’s office and continue to do so until he responds directly and actively. 615-741-2001.
We need to keep digging and scratching at these scumbags and fleas. It only takes a few minutes to make a call…but if they have to field a lot of calls; it might garner some action from Haslam or another official.

sue them for constitutional rights violations in federal court…they cant do what they are doing and find no consequence…due process of law is guaranteed to everyone in the USA…
you need them in federal court…then make them prove the Grand Jury was legit…under TN law…(they cant)…the LTCdr can sink thier ship…but first you gotta get the right guns

Jesus Christ had high regard for the prisoner, realizing a heartless human race that trapped some into their position.
Not saying they all are trapped but illustrating the morbitity of Morton, Jackson, ‘lady and ‘European.
How about some of that heartlessness over whether BO is guilty of his crimes? Then, after he is convicted we can “move on”!

I just spoke to Miller Meadows and he was very rude. He says Monroe County is fine. I said were you there he said no, that he spoke to someone on the phone.
REALLY? So they they are inspecting themselves? How nice!
I asked Mr Miller why Fitzpatrick was even there to begin with because he was standing up for the Constitution. I told him we proved Obama was illegal and he told me to stop believing everyting I see on the web.
I said “you don’t CARE if he is ineligible” and he said NO, it’s not my job!
I said you really do NOT care and he said no and hung up n me!
CALL HIM NOW AND DEMAND FITZPATRICK BE RELEASED!
