Obama flips a finger at the judiciary, renominates the same NLRB board members that the US District Court of Appeals found to be unconstitutionally seated on the board.
Last session Obama knew that the Congress will not approve a couple of left to Lenin NLRB board members, so he appointed them without the Congressional approval.
US Circuit court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit unanimously ruled his actions to be unconstitutional.
So, what did Obama do? He flipped a finger at the Congress and the judiciary taken together and renominated the same board members. We shall see what happens next.
On the other front Reid admits that he does not have 60 votes to overcome the filibuster of Hagel and Rand Paul vowed to filibuster Brennen. To be continued…

The Court said the process was unconstitutional, not that the nominees were ineligible to serve.
You, on the other hand, flip the bird at the judiciary on daily basis. The irony of your headline is remarkable.

ok, let the love-fest amongst the power and money continue. According to Shah Gilani, a Wall Streeter for the common folks (if there is such a thing), Obama’s nominee to head the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mary Jo White has the following “credentials”—

Kerry just out of the Nazi Hiring Hall. Sherman Skolnick reported that Kerry and old Bush made a deal with Iran for weapons if they didn’t realease the hostages just before the 1980 election. The October Surprise. It was a puzzle why Kerry was aboard the airplace. Now we know birds of a feather.

They used to say that president Nixon exhibited dictatorial instincts, while being president, and this ideocracy eventually led to his political demise.
I believe that in the 52 years in which I have been part of this republic, I have not seen a president with more dictatorial and anti-democratic tendencies than this Usurper.
Knowing that he is illegitimate, and as such should be acting in the most conciliatory manner as possible towards his opponents, he does the opposite. I guess his ego is so great, that he feels he is allowed to do with our Constitution, whatever he pleases.
