12/16/2014 MINUTE ORDER (paperless) TO SHOW CAUSE why the defendants’ 13 Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction (“Defs.’ Opposition”) should not be construed as a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1). The defendants shall file a notice with the Court by 12:00 PM on December 17, 2014 explaining whether their opposition should be construed as a motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(1).
