12/16/2014 | MINUTE ORDER (paperless) TO SHOW CAUSE why the defendants’ 13 Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction (“Defs.’ Opposition”) should not be construed as a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1). The defendants shall file a notice with the Court by 12:00 PM on December 17, 2014 explaining whether their opposition should be construed as a motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(1).
