Nunes: FBI is not cooperating on surveillance of Trump, cannot rule out that the surveillance was ordered by Obama. Note from Orly: lack of cooperation might be a legitimate reason for Trump to fire Comey and for Congress to subpoena testimony of everyone who was involved

The FBI is not cooperating with the House of Representatives’ investigation into the NSA’s surveillance of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, the chairman of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), said today.
During an explosive press conference outside the White House, Nunes told reporters that communications from the Trump team were picked up and disseminated within the government during the 2016 campaign. Nunes said sources within the intelligence community presented him with the information. He spoke to the press after briefing the administration.
“We don’t actually know yet officially what happened to General Flynn,” Nunes said of how communications from Gen. Flynn’s calls were leaked to the press. “We just know that his name leaked out but we don’t know how it was picked up yet. That was one of the things that we asked for in the March 15th letter, was for the NSA, CIA, and FBI to get us all the unmasking that was done.”
“And I’ll tell you, NSA is being cooperative,” Nunes continued, “but so far the FBI has not told us whether or not they’re going to respond to our March 15th letter, which is now a couple of weeks old.”
Nunes also reported that as of now, he “cannot rule out” President Obama ordering the surveillance.
And contrary to earlier media reports, Nunes clarified that the surveillance was not related to the FBI’s investigation into possible collusion with Russia. This surveillance, he emphasized to reporters, does not “have anything to do with Russia.”

Don’t forget, Nunes was an adviser on Trump’s transition team. Quite possible he just saw surveillance transcripts of himself.

My understanding is that Nunes
and Snowden and Trey Gowdy
have honed in on Comey as
being a liar; the news I
read is that Trump is
vindicated and was right
in his claims.
If you have the urge to
laugh, go to the blog
The Hill, and read all of
the really nasty, nasty
comments about the president.
In my lifetime, when Obama is
the one who deserved the ridicule
and threats of being removed
from office, I have never witnessed
such pure hatred and venom
towards a man whose only thoughts
are to help redeem this country
from the evil that is in every
nook and cranny.
These are certainly the times
spoken of biblically.
And it is as Mark Taylor’s
prophecy foretold, via the
Word of Knowledge given to him.
If you read another blog,
Breitbart, it is just the
opposite in comments.
Night vs. Day; Darkness vs. Light.

I agree, Starlight, the degree of hate and viciousness against Pres. Trump is unbelievable. But it is much like what was said and still is said about Sarah Palin. She recently made statements that Pres. Trump needs to get rid of the corrupt and back-stabbing (my words) Comey and the hate comments against her is without compare. If you look at her platform, it is very similar to Pres. Trump’s. They both are hated for what? – loving America and wanting to fix it. In both cases, the haters are following the media’s lead and thinking the way the media is telling them to think.

Yes, I always liked Sara Palin and her
forthright way of speaking plus it is
evident she is a true American.
The mean-spirited thousands of people
ranting and raving are totally possessed
by a supernatural entity. It is not
normal for so many to be so obsessed
with pure hatred and desire to
murder the good men and women who
try to preserve our laws.
As for the media, once a trusted
source of information, they have
become Tokyo Rose in disguise.
As long as God is on our side,
we will be victorious.
He appointed and anointed Trump.
So there is hope.
