Why the GOP won’t challenge vote fraud

The Republican Party made an agreement 30 years ago with the Democrat Party NOT to ensure voting integrity and NOT to pursue suspected vote fraud.

In 1981, during the gubernatorial election in New Jersey (NJ), a lawsuit was brought against the RNC, the NJ Republican State Committee (RSC), and three individuals (John A. Kelly, Ronald Kaufman, and Alex Hurtado), accusing them of violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1971, 1973, and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

To settle the lawsuit, in 1982, the RNC and RSC entered into an agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance.

Now, we finally understand the cryptic remark made in May 2010, by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan: “Obama was selected before he was elected.”

In 2008, this “perfect candidate” won the presidential election. And despite his many failures in his first term, he would be reelected in 2012 for a second term via massive vote fraud. But nothing would be done about the vote fraud, because of that Consent Decree signed by the RNC 30 years ago.

The Republican Party is dead — and with it, the U.S. two-party system as well — and the sooner we voters recognize that the better.

The question that remains is whether the American Republic is also dead.

    Wow! Two things:
    1) Whoever signed anything relating to that “deal” 30-years ago, is guilty of TREAON!
    2) And does this mean that we can’t get this election to be investigated with the Congress? or anyone else? Someone post and fill us in, if you would?!

    Orly this is total hog wash! How the Dems managed to keep after Nixon for a for more than a year for this simple 2-bit crime. My answer to this Bull Shit is this. That would have been easy to explain to me and thousands of others, who wanted this man vetted for the first time. The need for having this particular man investigated and questioned was acute. HIS BACKGROUND WAS NEVER INVESTIGATED NOR WAS HE QUESTIONED TO HOLD THE HIGHEST OFFICE IN THIS LAND. 30 years ago???? How do we check bank accounts and money laundering against those republicans who did nothing.

    The Democrats also came close to having Goldwater removed from the ticket because he wanted to dip deeper into conservative government. Even some liberal repubs almost joined the anti Goldwater crowd.

    Thirty years ago my ass. This is the worst excuse I have ever heard.

    So, owing to this antiquated “old wives tale”, we must allow this man to finish destroying us?

    Those who have prepared and are preparing now for an all out war, get your self in physical shape and clean and exercise your guns. You may have to shoot a few members of the United Nations, which would be a good thing.

    Why don’t the Americans that don’t believe in what you are doing, point out where what you are doing is wrong?

    I’ll tell you why, they can’t. They AIN’T got nothing to show where you are doing wrong, because you are not not doing wrong. Doctor, you are the rightest doing person in America today.

    I am completely baffled why most American aren’t in out-rage over this Barrack HUSSEIN Obama issue of not being qualified to be the President.

    What am I missing?

    It should tell everybody something when all the people representing Barrack HUSSEIN Obama are fight you “TOOTH AND NAIL”, to not allow you to have a “FAIR HEARING/TRIAL”.

    The people representing Barrack HUSSEIN Obama in Court are mortally scared of all your “SOLID, BONA FIDE, AN UNREFUTED EVIDENCE”, and they know if you get the “JUSTICE” guaranteed you by our “Sacred Constitution”, it’s lights out for Barrack HUSSEIN Obama, and goodbye their big fat pay checks.

    Why don’t the Americans that don’t believe in what you are doing, point out where what you are doing is wrong? They usually just resort to “NAME CALLING”, which is sometimes vulgar and obscene.

    I’ll tell you why, they can’t. They AIN’T got nothing to show where you are doing wrong, because you are not not doing wrong. Doctor, you are the rightest doing person in America today.

    I am completely baffled over why most American aren’t in complete out-rage over this Barrack HUSSEIN Obama issue of not being qualified to be the President of the United States of America.

    Is a third party needed?
    Is this why they dismiss/oppose the Tea Party and Libertarian?
    kind of makes sense
