    This is great news but…If they can dismantle the facility in less than 2 days (they say they will do it between May 23 and May 25, depending on weather), what is the keep them from re-assembling it in a matter of days in a secret location? As Reagan said, “trust but verify.” We are going to need to do a lot of verification.
