No answer from the 5th circuit court of Appeals on my motion to expedite the Default Judgment against the commissioner of Social Security in RICO (Racketeering) case against Obama and his accomplices in his use of forged and stolen IDs. Please, contact the 5th circuit court of Appels, ask to expedite the emergency motion sitting there for over a month

    Last time Obama was clearly in default the Judge still ruled in his favor.

    Dictators are above the rule of law.

    My friend Bob Sacamano says that the 5th circuit is sitting on this because they were ordered to by the justice that oversees that circuit. Is that Scalia?

    Orly: if the court finds the case(s) in default, does that mean that the next step is in DISCOVERY? And is that why they’re playing this delay game?
