Next week federal and state courts will hear cases filed by President-Elect Trump and his supporters to stop recounts in 3 states, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. If only one of those cases to stop recount is successful, Trump is the Pres. other recounts will b irrelevant

A federal court in Wisconsin on Friday rejected an attempt by pro-Donald Trump groups to stop a recount of the state’s presidential vote, saying there was no harm in allowing it to continue.
Two pro-Trump political action committees and a Wisconsin voter on Thursday filed a lawsuit and a request for a temporary restraining order seeking to stop the recount, arguing that it was an unconstitutional violation of the Constitutional rights of people who had voted for Trump.
But U.S. District Judge James Peterson on Friday denied the motion to temporarily halt the recount, saying there would be no harm in allowing it to proceed while the state prepares arguments in defense.
Peterson scheduled a hearing for Dec. 9 on the underlying lawsuit.

I am glad to hear the legal challenges are being made. I am surprised that to my knowledge his legal team has not addressed the issue of chain of custody with regard to ballots and machines. It is like going to a “crime scene” a month after the event and not questioning if the scene has been “sterile.” Who actually has insured a proper chain of custody with regard to ballots and or voting machines. My guess is a hand full of individuals who can be bought or who already want Hillary in the White House.

A different subject:
The Dakota Access pipe line, and the support in sub-ZERO temps by veterans to re-route the pipe line. Government is spraying the vets and Sioux tribe with water – cruel. Will Trump discuss this peaceful gathering to re-route the pipe-line? Please Mr. Trump, make a phone call to Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault before December 4.
It is not clear now whether Dakota Access would be rerouted or piped under the sensitive watershed, which the tribe considers sacred.
We owe some decency, right Mr. Trump?
