Next act of the play. Today Obama is meeting with top US bankers to discuss the government shut down and looming default. It looks like he is in for a healthy dose of enema for his “I will not negotiate with Congress” prima donna aria

PIC OF THE DAY – OCTOBER 2, 2013

HERE’S A PHOTO OF THE HOUSE READY TO MEET WITH DEMOCRATS EXCEPT THE “SENATE” REFUSED TO SHOW UP.

Today top nations bankers are meeting with Obama. At this meeting Obama cannot allow himself to take this “I don’t negotiate with Congress stance.”  He will have to provide a concrete plan, how he WILL NEGOTIATE and settle the conflict before Jack Lew runs out of tricks to keep the treasury lights on on October 17th. Top bakers are expected to pressure Obama to stop acting like a spoiled 5 year old brat and  negotiate with GOP on Obamacare, on stripping Congress of Obamacare exemption and on reaching a consensus on raising the debt ceiling.

Obama is really cornered. If he does not cooperate with Republicans and does not make concessions, the bankers will take him down and pulverize his whole administration.  Obama has already cut short his upcoming trip abroad and in the next few days we’ll see the results of this meeting. Republicans should hold tight and patiently  wait for a counteroffer. The closer it gets to October 17th, the sweeter the counteroffer is going to be.

The bankers cannot take down 230 GOP congressmen, but they can pull Nixon or Kennedy on the  puppet sitting in the White House and throwing tamper tantrums and making scenes and refusing to follow the marching orders.

PS. It looks like Greek tragedy is turning into vaudeville on JP front.

Just a couple of days ago Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan personally met with Holder to negotiate the settlement of fed claims against JP. Today Obama is expected to ask the bankers including Dimon to help him solve the stalemate with the GOP.

Venture to guess how strong is the government negotiating position against JP?

The “Supreme Court” decided that ObamaCare is a TAX… This is of coarse an UNFAIR TAX !!!
The Court KNOWS this is UN-Constitutional, yet they Chose to Rule FOR Obama and AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! The Entire Government MUST be Held ACCOUNTABLE… High Treason against The American Citizens. FIGHT as if Your Life Depended on It… Because IT DOES!

“Prima Donna, first Lady of the Stage,” goes the song in the movie, PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

The song continues, “your devotees are on their knees to implore you; can you bow out when they are shouting your name..?”

Barry is a Prima Donna with NO Devotees except those who are his lapdogs.

Thomas is correct…the U.S. Supreme Court KNOWS the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (“Obamacare”) is unconstitutional because it DID NOT originate in the House of Representatives per the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 7 but, rather, in the Senate as an “Amendment in the nature of a substitute” to the “Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009” sent to the Senate after passing the House by unanimous vote. Here’s a link to the chronology of H.R. 3590:

    https://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.3590:

Although an “Amendment in the nature of a substitute” is in fact Constitutional, I can’t believe that replacing one thing with something totally different — especially/specifically a tax exemption for a specific group being replaced with a new tax on everyone.

Additionally, Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution mandates that all taxes shall be uniform throughout the country — therefore any exception to Obamacare is unconstitutional.

Finally, no where in Article 2 (the Executive/President) of the U.S. Constitution does it grant the President the authority/power to unilaterally alter any law — therefore all the delays and exceptions the usurper has ordered are unconstitutional.
