James V. Selna is a United States federal judge. Born in San Jose, California, Selna received an A.B. from Stanford University in 1967 and a J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1970. He was a Captain, U.S. Army Reserve from 1967 to 1978. Wikipedia

    DR ORLY,IS HE LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER CORRUPT JUDGES? EVERY JUDGE SO FAR HAS BEEN CORRUPT AND I DO NOT LOOK FOR THIS TO BE ANY DIFFERENT. OBAMAS PLAN FOR THIS COUNTRY HAS BEEN PLANNED BY PEOPLE LIKE BILLIONAIR GEORGE SOROS AND ALL THE OTHER THUGS AROUND HIM AND ALSO ALL OF THE DEMOCRAT JUDGES. AMERICA HAS BEEN ASLEEP AND NOW IT MAY BE TOO LATE.

    This is bad news about Judge Selna.

    Stanford is at the same level as Harvard. They only graduate extremely smart people who owe everything to the system that produced them.

    Stanford is a school for the super-elite. Stanford Law grads include Sandra Day O’Connor, William Rehnquist, Ronald M George, Max Baucus, Jeff Bingaman, Warren Christopher, Frank Church, Fred Dutton, Matt Gonzales, Denis Hayes, David Margolick, Vaughn Walker, and Lance Wickham, general counsel of the Mormons.

    These are all liberal or extreme liberal types. They may be smart enough to get into Stanford, and work hard enough to graduate — but they are all in bondage to the Establishment.

    Judge Selna graduated Stanford Law in 1970. Ever since, he has steadfastly upheld the Establishment of which he is so prominent a part.

    We need judges who look past the letter and the formality and the technicalities of the law. Selna will never do that. We need another Judge.
