Nearly 4,000 Mainers signed a petition for the state disbar (or take away nursing license) from Kaci Hickox for refusing to comply with the state rules for health professionals

The state have a right to have more stringent quarantine rules than the federal rules. As we know globalist federal government does not do anything to protect the citizens against the diseases. Their only concern is for the oligarchs, ruling billionaires to get as much cheap labor as possible and for the Dem party to have as many voting dems as possible.
I am sure that the judge at the state hearing today did not get info showing that Ebola tests can be false negative and that people can be afebrile (no fever) while infected. Hickox is a dangerous precedent
PETITION STARTED to Have Kaci Hickox Obey Quarantine or Lose License
An online petition was started on Wednesday by a neighbor of Kaci Hickox to obey her quarantine or lose her license.
The petition reads:
This woman was exposed to the Ebola Virus in Africa. Instead of doing her required Quarantine Time, she threatened a Law Suit and got to leave after 1 DAY of Quarantine and Allowed to Return to Maine. The intent of this Petition is to Have Kaci Hickox do her Quarantine Time without it being Voluntary or risk having her Medical License Revoked.
The petition was reportedly started by the nurse’s neighbors in Maine.
Pajamas Media reported:
The petition’s author, Jamie Gaskey, says that she was aiming for 1,500 signatures. But thanks to Hickox’s public grandstanding and stubborn insistence on blowing off even a home quarantine, the petition has already run well past that number. As of 10 am Central time Thursday, it has well over 2,000 signatures from all over the country.
Many of those who signed the petition have also offered detailed opinions regarding Hickox’s behavior.
Kaci Hickox and her boyfriend broke quarantine yesterday to go on a bike ride

Respectfully, an online petition doesn’t carry ANY weight. I urge people to file a formal complaint with the state board of nursing. THIS actually means something. (My sister is a nurse and tells me the state board takes formal complaints quite seriously)

DavidL,
Before you encourage people to file a complaint against this nurse, you should read section from the Maine Board of Nursing website:
About Discipline
The Board make take disciplinary action against a nurse’s license in response to violations of the law. Nurses must keep in mind that investigations, informal conferences, hearings, and disciplinary actions are conducted from the perspective of protecting the public. The Board does not take any disciplinary action against a nurse’s license without due process, which includes the opportunity for an adjudicatory hearing and the right to be represented by counsel.
The only time the Board may suspend a license is if there is enough evidence to believe that there is a threat to the safety of the public in accordance with 5 MRSA Sec 10004. Should this happen, the nurse is automatically scheduled for an adjudicatory hearing within 30 days of the suspension. The Board does not take any disciplinary action against a nurse’s license without due process, which includes the opportunity for an adjudicatory hearing and the right to be represented by counsel.
The key provision is “The Board does not take any disciplinary action against a nurse’s license without due process, which includes the opportunity for an adjudicatory hearing and the right to be represented by counsel.” Under due process, the accused has the right to face the accuser.
Are you and others prepared to go to Augusta, Maine to testify against this nurse?
