I just got a phone call from a documentary producer, who stated that she was retained by NBC and will e doing a documentary about my cases on eligibility. They will fly me to NY next week. The documentary will run in the beginning of the year.

Remember Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown’s last airplane flight during the Clinton Administration, when light was being shown on Clinton’s selling China… through the Commerce Department… the ability to launch MIRVs. Brown’s last fight was everybody else’s too. I would certainly try to not let an Obama worshipping organization book my flight were I you. Paranoia is one thing, knowledgeable precaution is another, and is reasonable.

Orly, to ensure the documentary is not a set-up to attempt a character assassination, you might seek to be involved with the final cut before it goes to air, or if it is going to be a live broadcast, get to see the proposed interviewer’s questions and replies BEFORE the event.

They could edit out all the main points which make the case, they could twist this, take things out of context, make you look crazy and these cases look like ridiculous “birther” conspiracies so you must protect against that possibility, do NOT allow that to happen because that would really damage this whole movement! NBC is very pro-Obama and this may be a set-up, please be very careful and don’t sign any contract or give any kind of permission for this documentary unless you are absolutely positive that you retain full control over what airs! Make them put it in writing that you must approve the final version before they can air it!

this is NOT good news…. you would have to live on Mars to think that this isn’t going to turn into a Taitz bash event. are you kidding me ? Orly would be nuts to fall for this oldest trick in the book, unless, she can set the stage with a contractual agreement that is iron clad and she gets to approve every last word and every singe frame of this documentary. otherwise it’s another loser.

Orly, I fear this is a trap. Jeff Immelt has made multiple visits to the White House and sits on Obama’s Economic Advisory Board. NBC is a huge propaganda arm of the Obama administration — they are out to destroy you one way or another. We have a thugocracy governing this nation, and those in power will stoop to whatever depths necessary to silence you and everyone who poses a threat to their global fascist agenda. This includes the main stream media, of which NBC is the chief leader and defender of their “chosen one.” Please seriously rethink this.

When viewing the pre-release edits, make sure they never linger on a closeup. Force them to show more background than you in the image. This prevents a well-established filming technique that causes the viewer to doubt you.

I smell a rat. I see the invisible hand of Romm Emmanual or others. Orly you are too trusting. This is an agent of the administration the same as the newly hired clerk of Judge Carter. Hire an agent, control the production yourself with a like minded production Co. and shop the rights to several networks and pick up a few million dollars. Otherwise don’t do it as you will live to regret it. NBC could undo in one hour (in the court of public opinion) what you have taken one year to accomplish. It tells me that the administration is begining to see the momentum shift away from themselves. This is the achilles heal of Barry/Roman/Barack.

Orly– I know from experience that when a news org wants to have an interview they do a setup for their purposes. this doesn’t necessitate avoiding trying to make some points , it just means being leery and very cautious. A couple suggestions:
1) Keep the discussion tied to Constitutional matters that are irrefutable as opposed to lawyerish hagling.
2) Empasize the number of people from all walks of life who are not being heard.
3)Downplay the negative court actions to date as not in any way a denial of the Constitutional provisions for ” WE THE PEOPLE”.
IF the discussion gets around to the issue of ‘natural born citizen’ make sure that the Constitution is explicit as to offenses against the LAW of NATIONS. Be carefull to keep this from turning to a congressional resposibility only versus the definition as to eligability for POTUSA.

Orly, if you really want to go through with this–I still say it’s a bad, bad idea–tell them THEY should fly out to see you. Accept no excuses. Besides, why should you have to go to NY when NBC has offices in California? But if they want their NY people to interview you let them do the flying.
Please remember: NBC is committed to 0baMao more than any other network. It will be worse than the Dobbs show.

Orly, YOU WILL ROLL ALL OVER NBC. You dont need special aggreements or council, you are lawyer. YOU SHOULD INSIST ON HAVING OBBERMAN AND MADOW FOR THE INTERVIEW so you can show them your upper hand.
