    I think you should require that they interview some of the plaintiffs. I nominate Officer Grimes if he is willing. He is very well spoken and did very well on past interviews.

    Remember keep the focus on the plaintiffs so that won’t be able to attack you.. You are doing the lawsuit for the best interest of your 40+ plaintiffs.. Just tell them that you are doing the job that you were hired to do; that you are honoring your plaintiffs by doing the best job you can do to get their concern addressed.

    Explain to them why we are suing Usurper.. We took an oath to defend the Constitution and the government has failed it and “we the people”.

    Usurper was NEVER a natural born citizen and he knows it by signing his name to SR511 before the election.

    Orly- Several months is way too much time for the people at NBC to massage. redo, distort etc. or most importantly to have the public digest all the claims about Obama’s eligabillity. You shoul make sure you have your own recording of the interview and don’t let them pull a Gibson/Couric on you even though you are on their turf. In case they need reminding tell them there are millions with you on this.

    Dear Orly,
    Your headline should read:
    “..will keep you apprised”

    I will note,here, on a personal level, since I expect that you will make the appropriate correction(indicated above) without printing this missive. I would be remiss if I didn’t take this opportunity to add that we all know, full well, that you have “pulled yeoman’s duty” in this epic struggle & in the process; borne the brunt of the negative fallout, etc–so I am wont* to criticize
    However, as I have offered, on previous occasions, these small; even trivial mistakes or oversights(understandable in light of the fact that English is not your native tongue)can provide ammunition for those whom oppose you and the cause
    After deleting my comment, if so disposed; you may acknowledge my minuscule contribution(s) with a simple– 😉 & a “thanks”] thereby insuring that my “appraisal” of you has been upped 😉

    Another thought about NBC. They will probably ask you to SIGN something. “Just a formality,” they’ll assure you. Orly, you are a lawyer so you already know this but let me say it anyway: SIGN NOTHING.

    If they say they won’t air the interview without a release (signed document) from you, and you are going to sign it, ask to take the contract or release back to your hotel for 24 hours so you can carefully study it — you being a lawyer and English not being your first language.

    READ EVERY WORD. If there are words or phrases you don’t understand look them up in an English/legal dictionary. These words/phrases/clauses are there for a reason favorable to them, not you.

    Be on the alert for words like “exclusive” that may bind you from giving other interviews until the NBC interview airs, in effect silencing you.

    Be super careful around these devils. And PLEASE don’t go alone.
