National archives are refusing to provide any documents on nominations

My assistant called national archives. (NARA) They claim that DNC is not a federal agency and they do not have to have documents from DNC. This sounds like total garbage, as DNC files certifications showing that the candidate is eligible for theUS presidency. NARA told us to contact DNC. We requested the certificates from the DNC and from multiple offices of Secs of State.
So far we only have undeniable evidence of fraud by the Chairman of the dem party of Hawaii, Brian Schatz, who altered the HI cert. of candidate. (HI required one from the party and one from the DNC). We need the paired certificates from the other 49 states from the DNC for 2000, 2004, 2008. I need to pinpoint, where exactly the certificates for the other 49 states were different. So far the only people, who are really on the hook, are Alvin Onaka, Brian Schatz, Michael Astrue- commissioner of SSA, 2 Directors of Selective Service: Chittum and Romo and of course Obama. I need to tighten the evidence on Pelosi and a few others.
Please, contact the writer from Canada Free Press (I believe his last name is Williams) and ask him for copies of the certificates of candidate from 2004 and 2008 state by state, which he used while writing his article.

This website has very old correspondence and some nomination certificates from some states.
There are letters and the letters’ responses from various state’s election personnel.
Use the drop down window arrows to view various information on the listed pages.
Letters to SOS and election officials are somewhat available at this site. .

Maybe someone with great database skills can find the state’s presidential nominating forms at the Library of Congress.

A second call to the Library of Congress produced a different set of answers to the questions asked on the first call.
The second set of answers appear to come from someone who had knowledge of how the elections system works.
The State Election process is contained in BOOKS and are not available online at the Congressional library.
The library hasn’t got any PDF files of nominating documents provided to the library by the states.
The recommended place offered by the librarian to gather nominating documents is at the
“State Boards of Elections”
The list of the state boards did not appear on the comment page after they were posted and submitted, so this comment may be viewable.
GOOGLE “State Boards of Elections” to find the requested documents, and also ask any personnel if there are PDF files of nominating documents available for downloading.
HOPE THIS HELPS TO GET THE DOCUMENTS.
