    I’m not sure if this is of any help to you.  I asked for Certificate    of Ascertainment for a particular state and got these names.     However, I don’t have their contact number. or email – for the most    part.    Regarding time line of ascertainment of states – I don’t    believe they have all been entered.  I could only find those below.     Surely, there is a set date to have them in, but look at Florida –    recounting.  That might be a player???     Marie  H.     These names came from the Certificates of Ascertainment:

    Well, with the law that says that certain states don’t have to follow the public vote, we might see some very interesting numbers come up?

    I will help if possible. Do you need stip to TRO from Hawaii electors [all Democrats dedicated to Obama] and from all 50 states, or just the Calif. electors?
