my response to some articles about the presiding judge

I received several links and srticles where concerns were raised about the presiding judge in our case, Grinols et al v Electoral college.

the letter is below.

I am worried, but all I can say is that so far Judge England was very fair. He scheduled the hearing for my TRO motion and he confirmed it. All I can do, is do my best, provide the evidence to the judge and pray to God that justice will be finally served and Obama will be held accountable for his use of forged IDs and massive fraud. Also, this case is not about a social stance, but about flagrant criminality of Obama and people aiding and abetting him, forged IDs and treason committed by several high ranking officials. I understand that people are concerned in light of his other decisions, but there is nothing I can do aside from bringing evidence and praying for justice.

As one of the litigants in Attorney Orly Taitz’s upcoming Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) eligibility case (Jan 3, 2013), I have doubts that Judge Morrison C. England, Jr can be objective about removing the Usurper-in-Chief from office. England will be incapable of being fair and honest in this “Soetoro eligibility” matter. I will admit that England was nominated by George W. Bush (on March 21, 2002) for the seat on the Federal bench but I can hardly believe that England is a stalwart GOPer.

I have been unhappy with England in the past. He was the “conservative turncoat” who decided anyone that contributed money to Prop 8 could be “outed” in newspaper articles. The same leftist garbage is currently being pulled back East where names of private GUN OWNERS are being highlighted in the local newspapers. This so-called Judge (England) ruled that it is okay to ridicule and give out names and addresses of those that contribute to anti-gay causes and campaigns.

Judge England disregarded Supreme Court rulings that allowed the NAACP and the Socialist Workers Party to conceal their membership or contribution lists after encountering public hostility. But the anti-gay patriots were not allowed the same status. Thus, I do not feel kindly towards Mr. England.

    I ALSO HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THIS JUDGE. I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT ANY JUDGE IN THIS COUNTRY. THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT. IS IT ANY WONDER THAT AMERICANS ARE WORRIED ABOUT THIS MAN CALLED THE PRESIDENT WANTING MORE CONTROL OVER OUR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE ACTUALLY AFRAID OF OUR GOVERNMENT AND WHAT IT IS TRYING TO DO TO ITS CITIZENS. THIS ADMINITRATION IS AFTER COMPLETE CONTROL OVER ITS CITIZENS AND I MIGHT AS WELL BE DEAD AS TO LIVE UNDER THE COMPLETE CONTROL OF BO.

    Hello Orly and Happy New Year!!!
    May you be successful in your effort this time around, I am still trying to round up folks who want to show support by attending the hearing.
    Here is something that came to my E mail this morning on New Years from a follower. Maybe you can use some of these words to encourage a fair and impartial hearing that is long overdue and WE THE PEOPLE deserve.

    TO ALL CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYERS:

    Do your job! You are supposed to know the Constitution better than most. Surely, there has to be something in the Constitution which you can file against Obama, and have him brought up on charges of the violation of oath of office. It is your duty to save America by removing him from office, and upholding the oath in which you took.

    TO ALL MILITARY HIGH RANKING OFFICERS:

    Do your job! You are supposed to know the military better than most. Surely, there has to be something in which you can use to remove Obama as Commander-In-Chief in which he has violated. You have the authority to arrest him for violation of this position. It is your duty to save America by removing him as your Commander-In-Chief, and upholding the oath in which you took.

    TO ALL FEDERAL PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES:

    Do your job! You are supposed to know the law better than most. Surely, there has to be something in which you can use to prosecute Obama in which he has committed in crimes against America. You have the power to remove this criminal from office and hold him accountable for the charges you bring forth. It is your duty to save America by removing this usurper from office, and upholding the oath in which you took.

    TO ALL CONSERVATIVE REPRESENTATIVES OF CONGRESS:

    Do your job! You are supposed to know the Articles of the Constitution better than most. Surely, there has to be something in which you can use that our Founders incorporated into the US Constitution in which you can remove this Communist from the office of President. You have the power to expose his intents, nullify his actions, and thwart his agenda against the Republic and the People of the United States of America. It is your duty to save America by upholding the law by removing this Communist from office, and upholding the oath in which you took.

    TO ALL PATRIOT CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

    Do your job! You are supposed to represent the spirit and unity of this nation better than most. Surely, there has to be something more in which we can do to expose the truth of this madman for all to see. The truth is there, but it is not being reported, and the intent of his infliction to destroy this country is not being made clear. He was elected illegally, as well as ineligible to hold the presidency. He has lied to the citizens about who he is, and what his hidden agendas are in destroying our economy, our structure, and our ways of life. It is our duty to save America by exposing this foreigner and enemy of the state, and enemy of the people. The documents which forged this nation gives us the right to remove him from office by recall. It is our duty as Americans to right the wrong by removing this enemy from the gate in which he has entered, and upholding the duty in which our Founders have given us.

    Thank you for your support. Blessings upon this New Year, and new era in which we are to embark. May God help us in saving our nation.

    Art, The letter you posted mimicks exactly what Dr. Taitz has been pleading to everyone of those same groups for 4 years now.
