   I suppose, then, if a guy breaks into Chertoff’s home, rapes and kills his family, then steals all his property, it wouldn’t matter anymore if the guy’s already out?

   Makes me wonder how Chertoff could be a judge. Defense attorneys who appeared before him should have simply said, “But, your honor, my client was already out, so I move to dismiss…”

   Orly, wonderful that you got a chance to speak to Chertoff. I believe he is lying and has known all along about obama and his fake IDs. News like that goes around like wildfire, even under cover. I also believe your guess is correct, that obama made a deal with the Bush admin to not prosecute if they kept their mouths shut. I remain hopeful that one day not too long from now obama will be exposed as the evil fraud that he is, and you will be celebrated for your considerable efforts.

   Of course it matters, he is lazy and/or has no spine. Citizens stand up when their laws are violated, which Obama just did again only a couple days ago when he filed his taxes yet again under a stolen SSN. It still red flags on E-verify also. Lock him up

   They are worse than worthless, people like Chertoff are traitors. It doesn’t concern him that Obama is/was using a Connecticut SSN that does not belong to him, that would never have been issued to him? Or that he had to forge a birth certificate and a Selective Service Registration? Or that he directed terrorist Ralia Odinga’s actions to kill hundreds of innocent people after he lost the election in Kenya?

   Obama was and still is a national security threat and should be dealt with accordingly by Trump and Sessions. Everything needs to be changed within our national defenses and all of Obama’s henchmen and women in the agencies need to be questioned and fired if appropriate. He has installed Muslim Brotherhood conspirators within DHS and other agencies and they need to be removed for their allegiances to radical Islam.

   Dr. Taitz, respectfully, that doesn’t make sense. If 0bama tried to prosecute the Bush administration for war crimes, the Bush administration would’ve Trumped their authority be exposing the usurper’s fraud, thus disqualifying all legal efforts as they would not have standing. Therefore the Bush administration always (legally) had the upper hand. So extortion or blackmail could not be the reason. The only plausible reason is because all of them are equally guilty of treason in one form or another and everyone’s skeletons would’ve been exposed and nobody would benefit from prosecuting the other. The same reason it goes on today.

   The corruption is widespread. The population has had no choice. The Democratic Party used the law and their offices and deficit spending to do it. Special rights and entitlements put on the table by democrats knowing nobody in office could be reelected if they voted against them. There is plenty of blame to go around. God was kicked out of our lives in favor of sex and drug addiction. Democrats try to control our lives as though they are God.

   Chertoff is a liberal/progressive scum bag who has taken advantage of government posts to amass a fortune. While director of Homeland Security he pushed for the purchase of those controversial and useless body scanners. Upon leaving Homeland Security he formed The Chertoff Group a company catering to the interests of military and security producers.One of his company’s clients was Rapiscan the manufacturer of body scanners.No surprise here.

   Obama was never the required natural born citizen and since 1968 his only citizenship is Indonesian. Stolen SS num since not US citizen. Out of the country now – wonder what he is using for a passport. None of his judicial appointments are legal. Semper Fi

    Orly, you could ask him why he and Bush did not react to the fact that Obama officially was not “born to citizen parents on the soil” (the language of the 2008 Sen. Res. 511 on McCain).

    Or you could object him how a crime may not matter any more when the perpetrator is alive and well… And even when a perpetrator is dead, nations expose, prosecute, and repent about their crimes even later, like USSR (partially) exposed Stalin’s crime in 1956.

    Your conjecture about a hypothetical Quid pro quo between Bush and Obama does not carry water – and for many reasons.

    1) These crimes are incompatible in scale and nature. If there were some war crimes during Bush, the hysteric opponents and the media had all the opportunities to reveal them during Bush and after him disregarding any deals (as they actually did for any military transgression). Moreover…

    2) Why even to speak about a deal between Bush and Obama’s pushers while on one side of the deal there were actually Bush, the entire Congress, entire Supreme Court, and the military, and the other side – Obama’s pushers! Moreover…

    3) The Congress paved the way for the future imposture of somebody (guess who) since 2002 or even earlier attempting to amend the constitutional “natural born” 8 times (traced by J.B. Williams): H.J.R. 33 (1975), H.J.R. 38 (1977), H.J.R 59 (2003), H.J.R. 67 (2003), S.2128 (2004), H.J.R. 104 (2004), H.J.R. 2 (2005), H.J.R. 15 (2005), H.J.R. 42 (2005), S.2678 (2008).

    Trumper, I’d discuss things like this with your attorneys, including anyone who can give you points in stopping the (D)’s from functioning!

    Rudy? Sessions? Or with anyone in Congress that is a trustworthy person! Or even with Dr Alan Keyes…who is a Constitutional Attorney!

    It matters a lot, Obama would be arrested and that would get rid of the charming Georges Soros puppet that still continues to deceive half the population. It will set precedence for any attempts of this happening again and show the world that the US does not tolerate or condone lying corrupt leaders. The Washington Cartel spirit of “we don’t want to bring shame to the office of the President of the United States” is the major cause of why evil, lawlessness and corruption has grown like cancer. Arrest Obama, Hillary, Eric Holder, Harry Reid before the statute of limitations expires!Charge George Soros with sedition and arrest him also and freeze all of his assets so his son’s can’t keep the take down America agenda moving forward As it is behind the scenes of the deep state government Obama and Soros conspired to and have deeply implemented it in place. There is going to be a perpetual uphill battle until this happens, it’s clearly sedition and treason. There is no other name for it and it is not “alleged sedition and treason”.

    Great article Mr Gofen explaining what happened. ..All should read this article that highlights the blatant disregard for our Constitution by those entrusted by We The People to uphold it…My question is how is it possible that this happened? What is the source of the controlling force that silenced all as the biggest crime ever committed against our Republic was committed?

    What is the source of the controlling force that silenced all as the biggest crime ever committed against our Republic was committed? And…

    What does it tell about so massive baseness of thousands of people in positions of power, such as the entire Congress, Supreme Court, party and military brass, and now Trump?

    Even in the former USSR there were a few dissidents which voiced their protests in public (even if being arrested next moment). How is it possible that in this still freest of the nations thousands upon thousands of people in power happen to be such cowards and scoundrels?

    I do not know… I do know however, that no matter which forces are behind, We the people must never tire to bring and re-bring this crime fore until we overcome and the Justice triumphs (at least the late Justice).
