My conversation with Mr. Dennison from SCOTUS blog

Posted on | February 20, 2013 | 52 Comments

I talked to Mr. Dennison, writer of the SCOTUS blog. I called his cell number 301-512-4731.

He was correct in stating that SCOTUS only denied the STAY as Obama was already sworn in, SCOTUS never commented on the merits of the case, never stated that Obama’s papers are valid.

I asked, why did they sent 5 packets back. He said that they only need the decision of 4 justices to go to the next stage of oral argument. I responded that this looks even more corrupt and treasonous, it means that they sent the remaining packets to 4 liberal justices and 5 conservative justices never saw the papers. He stated that if I feel that the high treason was committed, I should file a complaint with the Justice department. I responded that the Justice department is complicit. I forwarded all the info to Holder and he never responded. I told him that in NAZI Germany they also had a Justice Department, Supreme Court, Parliament and judges, none of whom found one single action by Adolf Hitler to be unconstitutional and that is what we have now in the U.S. He said that he knows, that he is old enough to know what happened in Germany, but he can’t talk further.

Go fuck yourself, you stupid bitch. Read the RULES for the SCOTUS. You have no case for treason and your entire case was denied. You didn’t have a trial where you presented any evidence so there was nothing for them to rule on as far as the crap you presented. You present the same pile of shit to every court you send things to. Your so-called pleadings look like something a grade school student wrote. Why don’t you read the USAA motion and see how things are supposed to be done?

Your conversations with everybody are NEVER like you claim they are. Your conversation with Justice Roberts was NOTHING like you said it was and that was easy to see when I watched the video. He wasn’t red-faced, you stupid bitch. You were told do not talk about possible pending cases and what did you do? You brought up a pending case. How fucking stupid can you possibly be? You prove every time you open your mouth what a POS you are. You should be deported for inciting violence.

Dennison must be as stupid as you if he thinks you have a case for high treason against SCOTUS. Or are you lying as usual? I’ll bet it’s a combination of the two. If your mouth is open, you’re lying.

You’re such a disgusting excuse for a human being, how do you live with yourself? You’re just a rotten person, a bitch who has nothing better to do than to try to stir up trouble because that’s the only way you know how to get attention. You need to be locked up in a mental ward.

    Öffnen die Mädchen
    Die Fenster und die Türen

Police use ‘pregnant women’ as shooting targets
DHS supplier responds to outrage over ‘non-traditional’ images

    Read more at http://www.wnd.com/2013/02/pregnant-women-used-as-shooting-targets-for-police/#UAtET1El1audsdS8.99

    Paul Joseph Watson
    February 20, 2013

Law Enforcement Targets, Inc., a provider of shooting targets to the Department of Homeland Security, has admitted that targets depicting pregnant women were “requested” by law enforcement agencies.

As you can hear in the YouTube clip above, Blaine Cooper enquired about the company’s “no hesitation” targets, which also feature children, elderly gun owners and mothers in playgrounds, and was told that the target showing a pregnant woman was a “requested law enforcement target for training.”

The representative refused to answer why police would be interested in training to shoot pregnant women, but went on to explain, “unfortunately our world is made up of people, pregnant or otherwise, that are gun owners not for the right reasons,” adding that the targets were to “train police officers”.

The woman refused to give her name, accusing Cooper of being “angry.” “Could you understand why I’m upset if the government is trying to make targets to kill citizens – I don’t feel that’s right,” he responded.

Cooper also makes reference to the DHS’ purchase of 2 billion bullets, “enough rounds to kill every citizen of the United States five times over.”

The representative also claims that the targets could be used for “don’t shoot” training, which is somewhat dubious given that they are called “no hesitation” targets and every single one of them is described as a “threat” target in the product description.

The shooting targets, intended to “help the transition for officers who are faced with these highly unusual targets for the first time,” include “pregnant woman threat,” “older man with shotgun,” “older man in home with shotgun,” “older woman with gun,” “young school aged girl,” “young mother on playground,” and “little boy with real gun.”

Our story yesterday about the targets caused outrage, crashing Law Enforcement Targets, Inc.’s website and leading the company to release a statement on Facebook inviting comment and criticism about the products.

LET Inc brags on its website that it is a full service provider of training targets for the DHS, the Justice Department and thousands of law enforcement agencies throughout the country. The company has has racked up $5.5 million worth of contracts with the federal government, with almost $2 million dollars coming from Homeland Security.

Another customer who called the company claims he was told that the targets were, “strictly for Department of Homeland Security and other law enforcement agencies.”

Asked by Mike Riggs at Reason about the targets, the company responded, “The subjects in NMH targets were chosen in order to give officers the experience of dealing with deadly force shooting scenarios with subjects that are not the norm during training. I found while speaking with officers and trainers in the law enforcement community that there is a hesitation on the part of cops when deadly force is required on subjects with atypical age, frailty or condition (one officer explaining that he enlarged photos of his own kids to use as targets so that he would not be caught off guard with such a drastically new experience while on duty). This hesitation time may be only seconds but that is not acceptable when officers are losing their lives in these same situations. The goal of NMH is to break that stereotype on the range, regardless of how slim the chances are of encountering a real life scenario that involves a child, pregnant woman, etc. If that initial hesitation time can be cut down due to range experience, the officer and community are better served.”

The targets are still available for sale on the company’s website via this link (screenshot here).

I hope we can help you in your time of need.

I truly admire your efforts but it’s all done in vain. Any efforts to prove the President ineligible will lose at this point. He and his merry men and women have played the game well and had the advantage of the element of surprise.

He gradually placed his Dept of Justice people in the right places. He strong armed media and judges with IRS threats and the like. Knowing that he has blocked all threats of judicial whip lashing for his illegal plans, he moves just on the other side of the line to gradually take more power. He’s placing his people (incl Axlerod) in the media to spin his political side and tear down the opposition. Those people with no knowledge will vote to over ride the house GOP majority and we’re all toast.

Get your guns and stock up om ammo as we’re going to civil war with the feds who know have 2 billion bullets. People are having less money each day that goes by and they’re going to get hungry. Violence and crime will go through the roof justifying the Obama Civilian army. We’re toast. Our house and senate allowed this to happen. There was no vetting no matter how loud the out cry became.

This is pay back for our Gov not governing by the Constitution. This is payback for all the dumb people that supported him even after the first term.

Stock up on food, guns, and ammo. We’re going to have chaotic war.

Again, I so admire your efforts Orly. I wish we had many more of you!!! God Bless!

    Congratulations Orly:

I always wondered how the SCOTUS would handle this and now we all know. They are as complicit as the day is long. Not even a little bit curious!?!?!?!?!?!

This is the last straw for me, I now know that unless we all take the law into our own hands, we are doomed as sitting ducks. The government collects our money and they will use it against us (they have already bought the bullets and left us with a shortage). We are actually feeding the very coffers that are going to destroy us. I will not sit and wait to be droned or gassed, nor will I wait for Oathkeepers or the army or someone else to wake up and do something for me. I will begin my journey today to save my and my family’s skin.

The people of this country have a death wish. They want to take their families and their selves to their graves while texting and chewing gum. Five years is a long time to ask nicely or legally. It’s obvious that no matter how it is done, we will never get justice or a hearing of grievances. They don’t want to hear it. They are marching us to the gas chambers and we’re sitting around complaining about the status quo while staring at our smart new, expensive phones.

I will continue to follow you and send you money but I am set on another path now. Thank you for committing yourself so valiantly, you are an amazing woman. You have put every man to shame in this country who has been standing behind your skirt waiting for you save them like Jeanne D’Arc. You deserve the Nobel Peace prize for attempting to legally destroy this behemoth of an enemy.

On September 11, 2001 the entire country came together against the muslim enemy only to put a muslim in the white house, moan about it, and aid and abet him eleven years later. Such stupidity!!

Orly taking Mr. Dennison at his word there is still something fishy as to the Justices not putting into the record anything about the charges especially as to any dealing or need to deal with Obama’s eligibility by right or wrong name. I strongly suspect that many if not all the Justices are trying to keep the fraud going without being in jeopardy of being enablers, collaborators, or whatever characterization that puts them in deep anti-Constitutional do-do. I sometimes wish there were a McCarthy like person in Congress but no one is standing up. Why?

Someone on this site said something about the 2 Obama appointees recusing themselves from the case.

If this is true, then the information must’ve gotten to at least some of the conservative Justices, right?

What is the current status, then? Is it still under review, trying to decide whether or not to hear the case? Or, does this now constitute rejection of the case?

Either way, I do agree that the Justice Department will be of no help at all. You are right to go to the House Judiciary Cttee.

Whatever happens on this case, it is clear to me that Judicial Review is a wholly inadequate method of enforcing the limitations on the power of the federal executive branch. It is, at best, slow, cumbersome, and prone to corruption. At its worst, it is completely useless and even complicit with the tyranny of the executive branch.

The remedy … the last, peaceful remedy … available to us is NULLIFICATION.

States have a right, even a duty, to act as the Constitutional Watchdog of their citizens.

REDEFINING FEDERALISM: The Case For Nullification

Recent events in New Orleans prove that judicial review is a wholly inadequate remedy for those whose firearms are seized by federal troops or federal agents. During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, federal troops seized many firearms from innocent, law abiding citizens. This expensive federal intervention left many law abiding citizens unable to protect their home and property from looters, during that unstable time in New Orleans. Just when the People needed their arms the most, they were disarmed by the feds!

Even after winning lengthy court cases that successfully challenged the constitutionality of those gun seizures, some citizens were still unable to retrieve their firearms. The firearms had been stolen while they were supposedly being kept ‘safe and sound’ by the federal troops. Clearly, the federal executive branch caused more problems than it solved during this intervention in New Orleans. Adding insult to injury, the traditional remedy, judicial review, was inadequate in more ways than one. The time has come to establish a new, more proactive remedy to protect citizens from federal executive overreach.

The case for State Nullification of unconstitutional federal legislation has never been stronger; and with the right Supreme Court precedent, Nullification can become standard practice throughout our Great Republic. It is time for States to exert their authority under both the 10th Amendment and the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by arresting & prosecuting those federal agents who may be conspiring to violate the Right To Bear Arms of their citizens. By doing so, a State can prevent the kinds of unconstitutional and unhelpful gun seizures that took place in New Orleans, not to mention the kinds of atrocities instigated by the Clinton administration at Waco, TX in 1993.

States should pass Nullification Laws, arrest federal agents who are conspiring to violate the Second Amendment, prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, and then finance the litigation all the way to the Supreme Court. The enactment and enforcement of such legislation would not be just an empty “message” to the federal government. Rather, it would be a legitimate and proactive exertion of States Rights, which could establish a new precedent with regard to the relationship between the federal government and the States.

This can and should be done peacefully, without bloodshed. In fact, such proactive exertion of State’s Rights is better than peaceful, because it will prevent the kind of federally instigated violence that caused the deaths of scores of innocent women and children both at Waco and at Oklahoma City, not to mention the extreme bloodletting of a full fledged civil war, if it were ever to come to that.

The time has come to redefine the relationship between the States and the federal government so that it better matches the intent of the founders, which is embodied by the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution.

    Jonathan L. Gal
    Provo, UT

  21. Jonathan L. Gal
    February 20th, 2013 @ 5:04 pm

Nullification, in the case of Second Amendment issues, is pre-emptive. It puts the federal executive branch on the defensive.

Unlike Judicial Review, which is slow, costly, and often inadequate when it comes to firearms seizures; Nullification puts Liberty Loving Citizens in the driver’s seat.

No longer will liberty lovers have to suffer the humiliation and costs and discomforts of a lengthy judicial process, during which they are unconstitutionally prosecuted and smeared by aggressive federal prosecutors.

In a Nullification State, it is the federal prosecutors themselves who will be charged with a crime, as they should be! “Conspiracy To Violate the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution” is a crime. There is no getting around that fact. Federal prosecutors and federal agents are the ones who should pay the price for that crime, not the innocent, law-abiding gun owners.

“You do the crime, you do the time!”

LIGNET: Power Struggle Marked Pope’s Last Days; One Cardinal Is Front-Runner for Succession

Recent news of Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation has sparked speculation that more may be involved than the publicly cited reason that the Holy Father’s health no longer enabled him to continue.

Sources close to both the Pope and the Vatican have informed LIGNET that Benedict’s decision was brought on by his declining health in the context of a major power struggle within the Holy See.

Two major appointments made by Benedict in the closing days of his papacy, including one to install a new head of the Vatican Bank, are signs of this struggle.

Vatican insiders, including a close friend of Benedict’s, reveal to LIGNET details of the intrigue swirling around this historic power struggle that has marked the last days of his papacy.

A key source suggests that four cardinals, including two from Latin America, are the leading contenders. LIGNET identifies the front-runner to become the next pope, a cardinal who was close to John Paul II, trusted by Benedict, skilled in Vatican maneuvering, and who has been in the front lines dealing with the rise of radical Islam.

Go ahead, waste precious time getting excited over meaningless garbage like “American Idol” or those childish and endless athletic competitions (“the big game”), who cares if the country burns? YOU are causing it because (A) YOU are foolish enough to believe the constant government propaganda and lies that say if you DARE to oppose “0” one of those (extremely fragile) “magic weapons” (“drones”) will suddenly swoop down and eliminate you without warning and you are completely powerless to fight back – EACH “DRONE” MUST BE OPERATED BY A HUMAN CONTROLLER, THEY ARE FRAGILE, THEY CAN BE BLINDED or BROUGHT DOWN BY MANY SIMPLE METHODS – MOST “ADVANCED WEAPONRY” IS UTTER B/S and TOTALLY USELESS FOR ANYTHING BEYOND PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECT – DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THE GOVERNMENT’S LIES (B) YOU watch far too much TV thus YOU have become brainwashed (C) YOU sit inside your cozy home and cry and whine about the situation like the coward everyone else knows you are (C) YOU spend hours reading webpages, posting comments, and wasting time arguing online but “do not have time” to do more – YOU are lazy, cowardly, and unable to face the REAL WORLD (D) YOU actually believe that prayer alone will fix anything – It won’t (break a leg and then pray over it, numb skull!) (E) YOU are dumb enough to believe that huge ammo purchases by the government plus some “foreign troops” can defeat 200,000,000 armed U.S. Citizens – GET A CLUE! “Superior forces” using “high technology” have NEVER been able to whip tiny Vietnam, North Korea, or even a small insurgency in the Middle East! STOP WASTING PRECIOUS TIME! THIS IS NOT A TV SHOW or A MOVIE and IT WILL ONLY END WELL IF YOU TAKE POSITIVE ACTION – G_D ONLY HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES, SO GET OFF YOUR LAZY OVERSIZE BUTT – N O W! Alito, Roberts, and Scalia on the Not So Supreme Court speak broken English and thus are illegal aliens and foreign spies. Curiously Alito and Scalia along with broken English speaking Bilden claim birth in Trenton, NJ and a Pig’s ass. All spies destroying America.

Just a coincidence NOT from Senator Durbin:
I think a study of judicial ideology conducted recently by the Seventh Circuit Judge Richard Posner in my home state of Illinois is worth noting. Judge Posner, who’s no liberal himself, ranked the 43 justices who’ve served on the Supreme Court since 1937 from the most liberal to the most conservative. He concluded that four of the five most conservative justices since 1937 are on the court at this moment: Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, John Roberts, and Sam Alito.

I have never seen Thomas voting different from Scalia. So Scalia gets two Nazi votes to destroy America.

Keep up the good work, Ms. Taitz! I admire your determination to shed light on the treasonous activity going on in our government.

That may be one of the most unladylike posts I have ever read. You do not belong on this site. Be Gone. The person you are so supporting – the things that he is doing are going to hurt you too. You are a potty mouth fool. How much do you really love freedom- you are supporting the demise of it and it will hurt you and those that you love too., Open your eyes to the truth which is Obama is the worst president this county has ever seen- the most divisive- pitting everyone against everyone else- open your eyes girl before it is really too late. The rats in London followed the Pied Piper too- right over a cliff. Wake up!
