“In fairness to my governor, in fairness to Alaskans, the numbers actually matter and so if it can be shown that Alaska is not going to be disadvantaged, we gain additional flexibility, then I can go back to Alaskans and I can say, ‘OK, let’s walk through this together,’ ” Murkowski said on Tuesday.

Rand, the bill isn’t perfect-YET!
But…this has got to get going to start this process and then, have the right people in the insurance businesses work their magic!
We don’t need any more no votes to keep Trump stymied and not able to sign a law to get things rolling!
This might be very good, since it will help (R) candidates to be re-elected in 2018 or new candidates, too!
Vote for the overall Big picture, so America will know that the (R) party is the one that got this going!
