1.Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allow a motion for reconsideration to be granted, when new evidence was discovered, a mistake of law or fact occurred or if it is warranted in the interest of justice. This Honorable court is requested to reconsider this Application for emergency stay and/or injunction 10A56 as to the sanctions due to newly discovered evidence of fraud on this honorable court, forgery of passport records, uttering, obstruction of justice, committed by Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah, President of the United States (hereinafter Obama) in order to improperly influence this Honorable court in it’s August 16, 2010 decision on application for stay and reversal of $20,000 sanctions against a political dissident attorney Dr. Orly Taitz, as a punishment for her representation of members of the US military, questioning legitimacy of Barack Obama for the position of the President and Commander-in-Chief.
2. On August 16, 2010 this court considered an application for stay of sanctions filed by under signed attorney Orly Taitz.
3. Sanctions were issued by USDC Judge Clay D. Land, who believed Obama’ statements of his legitimacy to US presidency and who, therefore, believed that pro bono legal actions filed by Civil Rights attorney Orly Taitz on behalf of the members of the US military questioning Obama’s legitimacy are frivolous.
3. Shortly before this conference of the Supreme Court and after Taitz filed yet another similar appeal on August 11, 2010 in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Obama released a video, purporting to show his passport records and purporting to confirm his birth in HI. Exhibit 1, 2.
4. This video represented forgery and uttering for a number of reasons:
a. Recently released passport of Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham shows his last name as Soebarkah, and there is no record of Obama changing his last name from Soebarkah to Obama, which means that the passport was issued under a last name, which was not legally his and that Chief Justice Roberts swore Obama as US president under a name, which was not legally his, making both the passport and Obama’s swearing in as US President illegal and invalid.
b. Obama’s school records from Indonesia his last name as Soetoro and there is no record of Obama changing his last name from Soetoro to Obama, which means that the passport was issued under a last name, which was not legally his and that Chief Justice Roberts swore Obama as US president under a name, which was not legally his, making both Obama’s passport and swearing in as US President illegal and invalid.
c. Signature page and pages 3-6 normally shown in a US passport appear to be replaced or missing and pages 1-2 altered on the passport provided to the public. Exhibit 2
d.Obama intentionally obfuscates the issue, since passport is only a secondary document, issued based on other records. Obama still refuses to provide to the public his original birth certificate, which is supposed to show the name of the attending physician, the name of the US hospital, where he was supposedly born, and signatures of three witnesses in attendance during his birth.
e. Obama still refuses to produce his earlier passports which he used to travel to Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan, Russia and Kenya, as well as his school and college transcripts and applications.
f. State Department is still refusing to unseal under FOIA requests passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham from before 1965, claiming those to be destroyed, even though such records are supposed to be kept and preserved for a period of a hundred years.
g. Obama administration still refuses to provide any and all information in relation to the State Department scandal of tampering with Obama’s passport records and any and all information in relation to homicide of an FBI informer Lieutenant Quarles Harris, associated with that scandal.
h. This represents further evidence of fraud on this court, particularly as viewed in conjunction of the transcript of the March 25th session of the Assembly of Kenya, where Minister of Lands James Orengo states that Obama was born in Kenya Exhibit 12 p31 of the Application for Stay, and affidavits of senior Deportation Officer of the Department of Homeland security John Sampson and Licensed investigator certified by the Department of Homeland Security Susan Daniels, stating that the social security number 042-68-4425 used by Obama, was issued to another individual in the state of CT. Exhibits 6, 7 of the Application for Stay. Such act represented violation of US code 18, Chapter 75 §1543
§ 1543. Forgery or false use of passport
Whoever falsely makes, forges, counterfeits, mutilates, or alters any passport or instrument purporting to be a passport, with intent that the same may be used; or
Whoever willfully and knowingly uses, or attempts to use, or furnishes to another for use any such false, forged, counterfeited, mutilated, or altered passport or instrument purporting to be a passport, or any passport validly issued which has become void by the occurrence of any condition therein prescribed invalidating the same—
Shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 25 years (if the offense was committed to facilitate an act of international terrorism (as defined in section 2331 of this title)), 20 years (if the offense was committed to facilitate a drug trafficking crime (as defined in section 929 (a) of this title)), 10 years (in the case of the first or second such offense, if the offense was not committed to facilitate such an act of international terrorism or a drug trafficking crime), or 15 years (in the case of any other offense), or both.
Additionally such acts represent obstruction of Justice under US CODE 18, section 75 , §§ 1513, 1516, 1506, 1512, 1513, 1516, 1519
5. By doing so, Obama attempted to influence the decision of this Honorable court as well as the decision of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and further persecute political dissident Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz and cause her to pay $20,000 of sanctions, endanger her law license and cause her severe emotional distress.
Wherefore
1.Taitz requests to reconsider decision of this court and stay and reverse $20,000 sanctions levied against her
2. use this court inherent powers to hold a criminal hearing and prosecution of Barack Hussein Obama for forgery, uttering, fraud on the court and obstruction of justice
3. award Taitz compensation for severe emotional distress suffered due to fraud committed by Obama
4. costs and any relief this court considers just, reasonable and appropriate.

Could this be the final nail in the coffin for the “birther” conspiracy?
A video featured on the White House website included a surprising glimpse at President Obama’s passport, showing further evidence that he was indeed born in the United States.
Seen briefly in a West Wing Week video posted over the weekend, the “Summer Edition” was dedicated to answering questions from regular citizens.
One of the questions, asked by Johnathan Talcott, of Pittsburgh, PA, concerned the President’s passport. To answer it, Jordan Whichard, an administration trip coordinator, shows where Obama’s passport is kept, and the document itself.
A close-up of the passport reveals only a few bits of information about the President, but they are specific to the question of where and when he was born.
The document shows that his nationality is “United States of America,” that he was born on August 4, 1961, and that his “Place of Birth” was Hawaii, U.S.A.
In order to obtain a passport, an American must provide a “certified birth certificate issued by the city, country or state,” according to the State Department website. This would suggest that President Obama would have had to show documentation proving when and where he was born in order to obtain the U.S. passport.
“Birthers,” who have for nearly two years argued that Obama was not born in the United States, have insisted that he is not eligible to be President. The once-simple conspiracy has since spun into a web of wild theories and elaborate logic.
Some believe he is hiding his true birthplace, and that his certification of live birth (a recognized birth certificate), which his campaign posted online in 2008, is a fraud. They have argued he was really born in Kenya or Indonesia.
Others in the “birther” movement have moved away from his place of birth, and argue because his father was Kenyan, he is not a “natural born citizen,” thus negating his election as President.

The White House issued a video showing the Presidents passport in response to a question . It can be seen here ( starts about 1:20 in ). Watch the video then read my analysis.
They pulled a little bait and switch with the passport. I have provided screenshots of the video. The first view of the passport is of a closeup of the passport page with his picture on it. They then cut to a different shot of them opening a passport to show the stamps on it. They never showed the cover of the passport that they showed his picture from ( which is significant since it would show if it was a diplomatic one or not ). Now about the screenshots.
Shot 1 – is the page with his picture. They blur out the date of issue and the date of expiration. Why do that ? It is obvious his presidential passport was issued shortly after his taking office. There is no need to redact that info.
Shot 2. You will notice a few differences between this and shot 1.
1), Look at the photo. The top of his head is cut off. They may try to explain that away with light bouncing off the hologram. However, it would not make a clean line and mine has the same hologram overlapping my head. No matter what angle of light I use, you can still see the top of my head though the hologram. Plus you see them bending the passport at various angles and the hairline remains the same. Not to mention, they do not look like the same photos.
2) Right at the top where it says United States of America in green, if you look right below it, you will see the word STATE. That is not on the Shot 1 photo. What is in that position is ( what is on mine also ) Type, Code, and Passport number
These are clearly two different passports that they are showing.
On closer examination of Shot2, it looks like that is a piece of paper attached by some tape ( the green rectangle at the top – typical office tape used on file folders ). They are covering up the name and info section on this persons passport. Why do that when you supposedly just showed that info a few seconds before. Plus from the video, they imply that he opens the passport to show the front page, then flips through it to the stamp page ( which there was no need to since it is right next to the photo page when he shows it ). When did he have time to put the taped page on ?
One other thing doesn’t ring true about the second passport photo. The page they are showing above his photo has entry stamps on it. The page above the photo is the page where the holder of the passport signs his name ( see new issue below ).Where did that page go ? ( He even mentions in the video when showing the closeup of the photo page that he sees the signature ) You can also see it is labeled page 7. What happened to pages 3 through 6 ? You can’t just remove them ( the passport is invalid without a signature page ) .Also you can’t fold them under the other pages without folding the photo page as well. A passport is a bound book. In order to advance to page 7, you have to cover the photo page with pages 3,4,5,6. There is NO WAY you can show a stamp page next to the photo page. The only way to do that is to hold the stamp page of one passport in front of the signature page of another passport ( which can be seen by the movement of that page relative to the photo page ) If you look closely at the video ( at 1:50 ) you can see the stamp page move. It is not attached to the passport. In other words THAT STAMP PAGE DOES NOT BELONG TO THAT PASSPORT . If you have access to a viewer where you can slow the speed down, it is very obvious
Also, a normal person showing the passport would take one continuous video. Here they have three separate ones. One for the closeup of the photo page, one showing the stamp page, and one showing the last page.. In a normal continuous video, you would just flip through the passport to the section you want. However, if they are using two different passports, they can’t do that. Thus the need for 3 separate videos cut to the section that they want to show.
The stamp page is either from his current passport or a member of the staff. It shows the correct stamps for when he was in those countries. The passport that it is held against remains a mystery . You never see the full face nor do you see the personal info. Why go to all this subterfuge in showing his passport ? What is on the photo page ( with all his personal information ) that he doesn’t want revealed to the public ?
The White House thought they were pulling a slick one by “releasing” his passport. However, they are so incompetent, they couldn’t even do that correctly. As was shown, THERE IS NO POSSIBLE PHYSICAL WAY that a passport can be shown witht he stamp page displayed next to the photo page
ONCE AGAIN, THE WHITE HOUSE HAS COMMITTED A FRAUD ON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC

As a person who currently holds a U.S. passport, there are some notable differences between Obama’s passport and mine. Take a close look at these two images. On my passport you clearly see my gender and place of birth above the date of issue. In contrast, Obama’s gender is missing entirely, and furthermore, his place of birth is flush left with the margin. My place of birth is typed about 1/2″ to the right of my gender. Since the U.S. government would never issue a genuine passport that omits the holder’s gender, why is Obama’s gender missing on his passport?”

They are here to please us. We don’t exist to enrich them. They were created by WE THE PEOPLE to enrich our lives. Politicians did not create our lives. We created theirs, and enabled them to watch over us, for our benefit, not theirs.
Throughout this article, I bold and italicize WE THE PEOPLE because I want to get it through our politician’s heads that our government was created willingly, created by, created for, and created of WE THE PEOPLE.
If they don’t get that through their heads soon, they may get something else through their heads.
The situation is: The temporary help is lying to The People, spending their money, imposing un-Constitutional laws, assaulting The People, criminalizing children, catering to criminal illegal aliens, using The People’s money to bail out corrupt organizations and instigating many other inhumane and un-America concepts against us and against other Nations, with a President saying, “I don’t care about public opinion.”
WE THE PEOPLE do care.
The Indictment against Obama and Columbia University alleges:
1. Columbia Univ. and Obama conspired to defraud and commit wire fraud and mail fraud.
2. Columbia Univ. knowingly concealed the fact that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen.
3. Columbia Univ. aided in obstructing justice.
4. Obama fraudulently obtained office of the President of The United States gaining access to sensitive materials, posing a danger to national security.
5. The prosecution dropped the charges of treason and espionage to avoid complications with a death sentence.
Obama, the Community Organizer, tells people to organize. That just shows how brain dead he really is.”
