more on NH representatives

Orly, I emailed all the NH legislators, the night before your hearing, to make them aware of it and this was a reply I got back, from Representative Timothy “Horrible” Horrigan:
“I know most of the people on the ballot law commission who are making the decision.  The commission is NOT going to invalidate Obama’s candidacy based on your argument— especially not after he was elected President and is running for re-election.  And even if they do what you want them to do (which is extremely unlikely),  Obama will doubtless challenge the decision in court.  By the time the court battle plays out, January 8, 2012 will have come and gone.

–Rep. Timothy Horrigan”

Horrigan’s email address: timothy.horrigan@alumni.usc.edu

Horrigan shamefully resigned in August 2010 and was re-elected months later, bacause NH just LOVES corrupt politicians, as we can see from Orly’s hearing!

    cant these people see that yea he is on the ballot but only because he wasnt vetted the first time… what makes them think its now ok to relect a usurper and treasonist and lying idiot hell bent on destroying our way of life?

    the last election in my opinion has NOTHING TO DO with the one coming.. a complaint has been filed… by law it needs investigating and not simply saying cause he is now president (to some people) thta he is legal

    Well, it seems that the voters of New Hampshire have spoken. They want Timothy Horrigan to represent them.

    @Patty,

    Well, it seems that the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission made up their minds before the hearing. I’d bet the voters of New Hampshire would not want LIARS representing them. They are in fact LIARS because the very same people removed two candidates from the 2008 ballot after determining they were not eligible to serve as POTUS per the U.S. Constitution.

    I have written Shawn Jasper and he is refusing to act on what he was sworn to do.. Uphold and defend the Constitution. He is refusing to admit that Obama’s father was a British subject at the time of Obama’s birth. He is also refusing to acknowledge the issue of the social security number.
    These people are not interested in serving the public.
    A public servant, as defined in RSA 640:2, II, is guilty of a misdemeanor if, with a purpose to benefit himself or another or to harm another, he knowingly commits an unauthorized act which purports to be an act of his office; or knowingly refrains from performing a duty imposed on him by law or clearly inherent in the nature of his office.

    @talitha

    These people are indeed not interested in serving the public but, rather, only in covering/protecting their own a$$es.

    During the 2008 election cycle the NH Ballot Law Commission removed two people from the NH primary ballot after determining they did not meet the U.S. Constitution’s criteria to serve as president DISPITE THE FACT THAT NH’s 2008 “DECLARATION OF INTENT” FORM DID NOT REQUIRE ANYONE TO MEET THE LATTER!

    Now comes the 2012 election cycle and the NH Ballot Law Commission refuses to remove someone from the NH primary ballot who is required by NH’s 2012 “Declaration of Intent” form to meet the U.S. Constitution’s criteria to serve as president DESPITE BEING GIVEN 85 PAGES OF EASILY VERIFYABLE EVIDENCE THAT THE PERSON DOES NOT MEET THE LATTER.

    Both cases above prove that the NH Ballot Law Commission, NH Assistant Secretary of State and NH Assistant Attorney General COMMITTED PERJURY during Dr. Orly Taitz’s hearing when they proclaimed that their only duty was to insure that the “Declaration of Intent” form was properly filled out and the $1,000 fee was paid.

    The entire lot of them, along with all other NH officials who support them, should at least be removed from office if not arrested, tried and convicted for Treason against both the NH Constitution and U.S. Constitution.
