More interference with my phone lines and my documents submitted to Chief Judge Royce Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia

I had interference with my office phone, I was hearing echo, it was like another line would pick up. Even when I talked to the special agent from the IRS assigned to my complaint, she asked me whether the call is being recorded. I called an engineer, he stated that there was something wrong with one of the phones in the office and fixed it. Now I am having the same problem with the cell phone.
Also, my media blaster is not working again and the RSS feed is not working
Now in regards to the pleadings going to the DC.
The clerks are wrong in saying that it should go to the court of Appeals. I submitted to the Court of Appeals and they stated that since it is new information, it needs to go to the District court.
The clerks have a duty to docket the pleadings and exhibits.
I am greatly concerned by the fact that a clerk by name Michael stated that Judge Lamberth has it and did not make a decision yet. The documents have to be docketed first, later he can decide whether to grant my motions or not. If he denies, I will go to the Court of Appeals and if need be, Supreme Court of the U.S., however Judge Lamberth cannot just keep the pleadings and documents in his chambers and not allow posting them on the docket.
This is not the Communist Soviet Union and not NAZI Germany. The documents have to be docketed, they have to be in public records, the public has the right to know what was submitted. He can decide whether to grant or not to grant later, but he cannot deny my right to have my motions and exhibits docketed.

Orly, JUST got off the phone with “Mike”, in the Clerks office. HE Explained that YOUR Case is currently in APPEAL, and Judge Lamberth Has NOT made a Decision YET. He read me your case OFF OF THE DOCKET IN FRONT OF HIM… I also got a phone # for a Case Administrator??? |

I am sorry that you are going through all of this. Unfortunately your phone is being tapped. Be careful of what you say on the telephone. They are listening to everything you say. If you can purchase a disposable phone it might be a good solution. The Admin has hands that can overreach and they don’t care if they violate your civil rights. They want to get you at any possibility. They are looking for something they can do to you. One is the tax route. They also might be trying to figure out what your moves are and then they may try to block those moves using the DOJ.

Bruriah Sarah is right! If you cheated on your taxes at all during the past five years, you should amend your returns and send a check for everything you owe. These Obama IRS thiugs are relentless and will take this all the way to federl prison if you’re not careful!!!!

You do need some professional monitoring of your webserver but I would be concerned that a programmer might be bought and spy on you so be careful there. Obama has big dollars and can buy whole marketing corporations and research contractors who get govt money then are used against poltical enemies. It is not just rougue IRS agents such as in Ohio but out of work techies. Very sad. The change in FBI directors means the new guy gets the files on Obama held in FBI admin central. Keep fighting Orly!

The error, LaunchFFC-1, occurred when trying to connect to att.net Mail.
I think they are trying to find out who I am. Unable to access my personal email.
Able to get to other email accounts but not this personal one I have ..come on yahoo stop allowing the govt to collect my privacy…
I haven’t done anything wrong but freedom of speech.
I’m sure they are quite pissed based on the postings I do..

You do need a highly skilled person to monitor your webserver and IT setup. I would be concerned that a programmer would be bought and spy against you so be careful. Many people are working against you and they often work for marketing corporations that are linked to govt contracter or govt research the funding is controlled by Obama. You do an amazing job considering such experts as Leo Donofrio was threatened and abandoned this same effort you continue to fight. You are a hero, Orly.

Did you note that these guys manufacture evidence? Even though my returns were correct, someone tried to make it seem as if I under-reported my taxes. They did this by omitting an important part of sale of securities and that is the cost basis. Another words, these guys are not beneath fabricating evidence. So even if one filed correctly, a creep could make it seem as if you didn’t.

Judge Lamberth was the judge who signed the wrarrant to investigate Jack Rosen’s income tax files.
Also article on CanadaFreePress that 10 millions medical records were hi jhacked in Calif all judges, their employees, hollywood stars all ppl of importance. Judges are being intimatdated and who else. Only the tip of the ice berg so far! Lamberth is being blackmailed or complicit with this illegal regime.
