Comments appear not to be posting on your website this morning. The last 2 IP addresses you referenced are the same (different fictitious email addresses).
71.205.196.18 resolves to host name c-71-205-196-18.hsd1.mi.comcast.net.

Traces to a customer of Comcast in the Grand  Rapids, MI vicinity.
