   Great News! Now if only all of the ineligible, lawless and non Natural Born Citizens of the USA Potential Republican Candidates Rubio, Jindal, Cruz, Santorum and Niki Haley(should She decide to run) should step down as potential Candidates for POTUS , the Republican’s for the first time since running ineligible Candidates atop their Ballot for POTUS in 2008 and 2012,[Vietnam War TRAITOR and false Hero John ‘Songbird’ McCain and Vietnam War ERA Draft Dodging Coward who fled to France to avoid His Military Obligation Mitt Romney , The Lawless and Morally Bankrupt GOP would have all Constitutional Eligible Candidates in 2016 [however all of their potential candidates are unelectable to ever be POTUS in a National Election.

   After all, there are still enough, albeit few, Moral, Principled and non compromising Believers in the US Constitution and Rule of Law ,that under no circumstances would ever cast a vote for any politician or Political Party, like both The Republican and Democratic parties , that have all committed and abetted treason, sedition against the USA, as well as those who have so trampled upon the US Constitution and rule of Law, that so many , as myself and millions more served and fought to protect and defend against ALL ENEMIES, Both Foreign and DOMESTIC.

   To vote for any member of the PROVEN lawless and Morally Bankrupt Republican or Democratic Party would be a Violation of the Oath that We swore to God for All Time.

   Besides, a vote for any politician in any of those Political Parties would only go to continue to reward them for all of the Treasonous and Seditious Acts they have done in destroying our Nation from within.

   To those like Myself who Honorably served our Nation, Me for 2 Decades and in Vietnam, voting for the utterly stupid ‘lesser of 2 evils’ is a non starter , as Jesus Said that No sin is greater than the other , as ALL sin is sin and equal, as well as ALL sin is despised by God.

   In The US Army there are several Traits of a Good Leader. One is Having ‘Moral Courage’ which is defined in the US Army as ALWAYS doing The Right Thing regardless of the Consequences.

   If every Citizen would only Vote for a PROVEN, Constitutionally Eligible, MORAL, Principled Candidate and a proven avid Supporter of the US Constitution in ALL of its’ Content,while never worrying about whether the Candidate is ‘electable’ or not, but rather leave the results To God, then we would have a much different Nation than we currently have , in that our Country would be more like the Nation that our Forefathers gave to us and had hoped would remain for future Generations.

   There are ALWAYS Excellent Godly, Moral and Constitutional Believing Candidates in other Political Parties besides The Republican or Democratic Party.[the 2 party sham]

   I can assure anyone that I have NEVER Had any difficulty in researching and Finding a Qualified and worthy Candidate to cast my Vote for, regardless if I am the only person who votes for the Righteous, Godly and Constitutional believing Candidate or not, as being electable or not is NEVER a Prerequisite for my vote, as I ONLY vote for the Godly and Moral Candidate and leave the results of my Vote to God.

   After all, as a Born Again, non compromising Christian, I serve and strive to Obey God’s demands for Righteous living and not mans foolish way or thinking as most Americans’ of today do.

   The Bible clearly teaches that Man’s wisdom is foolishness to God.

   Well, it seems our dilemma is:
   1. Can’t get the public to wake up, to vote for a 3rd party…
   2. And the (R) party keeps allowing these ineligibles to walk around and pretend they’re going to be the savior…!

   So what to do? I’d like to see the Americans wake up to finally see the problem we are facing!

   You are absolutely correct in your assertions.

   Sadly, I believe our Nation is headed to complete destruction from within by all of the agents of satan (Republicans and Democrats in Congress).

   I submit that even after our Nation is forever destroyed, those who worship the Republican and Democratic Parties (the 2 Party Sham) as well as their morally bankrupt and self-serving politicians as their chosen false messiah’s, (the Republican Voters also worship Morally Bankrupt FOX NEWS Network as well), they will still none the less ever grasp that it was they, and by their love, worship and votes for the godless Republican and Democratic Political Parties, including their morally bankrupt politicians, are the ones DIRECTLY responsible for our Nation’s ruin, as they are more faithful to a godless political party than their love for God and their Nation..

   The only way to save our Nation is if the citizenry begin to recognize that both the Republican and Democratic Parties do not represent them. They all have their own agendas paid for by large Corporations, The National Chamber of Commerce, special Interest Groups, Lobbyists, influential and powerful people and Organizations throughout the world.They also enjoy power and privilege which the voters ignorantly provide them.

   Therefore, the only chance to save our Nation is to vote EVERY one of the Traitors in Congress out, and replace them with PROVEN third Party Godly, Moral and Constitution believing Candidates which are beholding to nobody, some of which are found in the Taxpayers and Constitution Party, et all.

   (which will never happen because we have a citizenry who are for the most part functionally illiterate, completely void of moral and Godly Character, who have absolutely no Spiritual Discernment in ever recognizing Christ’s Demands for Righteous Living over the destructive and evil nature of satan. Those who are completely absent of self and critical thought of their own and have to rely upon ‘Group Think’ mentality in order to tell them how and what to think).

   That those who vote Republican readily cite the reason they vote for known ungodly, immoral and even constitutionally ineligible candidates to be their President , do so just because they perceive them to be the ‘lesser of 2 evils’, or because they are not a democrat , completely proves my point.

   They fail to realize that EVIL Begets EVIL.

   Perhaps it would serve you to read the following by CDR Kerchner before jumping to wrong conclusions.
   Kerchner disproves Apuzzo because unlike Apuzzo, Kerchner has ALL of the Documents to prove that Santorum Father was a Duel Citizen at the time of Rick’s birth and didn’t file the necessary Paper work until 3 YEARS after his birth making Santorum a NON NATURAL BORN CITIZEN of the USA.

   The aforementioned SCRIBD.com link and my 2012 blog post link contains my conclusion after getting the additional document showing that while Aldo Santorum was eligible for U.S. Citizenship for decades under various U.S. laws, Aldo Santorum did not perfect his citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance to the United States and renouncing his foreign citizenship until 3 years after Rick was born. Thus Aldo passed his Italian citizenship to Rick when Rick was born. I do not agree with Atty Mario Apuzzo’s conclusive statement that Rick Santorum is a natural born Citizen, i.e., a person born with Unity of Citizenship and Sole Allegiance to the United States. I have not changed my position.

   If I was presented with clear and convincing evidence that Aldo Santorum had renounced his Italian citizenship prior to Rick’s birth in 1958, then I will reconsider my position. I have not seen any such evidence.

   Read this statement by Dr.Laurie Roth, who ran in 2012, but due, I believe, to not enough publicity, the good men and women of this country did not even know about her, and those who did, were defeated due to lack of votes.

   This woman would be our mortal saviour.

   But, because America does not have the
   information and/or the moral insight,

    First, Morgan, you are right. Davey asked me to discuss these things for him today.

    And Helpful: Morgan is right! These ineligibles cannot try to screw up this process even worse, as I smell real treason ahead, if they do.

    Which means that (if) one of them got elected, then, that would pretty much damage our Constitution, cause then, both (R)’s & (D)’s would be responsible for the hit the Constitution would take!

    No F___king way!!

    And Boehner would probably not give a fat rats rearend!!!

    And Starlight: I see the big picture of what God wants…

    If He wouldn’t have laid that (sin) crap on the whole human race, just cause Adam and Eve ate of the apple, then, the rest of us would not be living under this situation right now.

    But…this is what God calls sin! B.S.! I say God is responsible for this entire scenario!

    Just cause Adam and Eve didn’t obey and ate of the apple anyway…well, what kind of sin is that? It’s really all B.S. and this just pisses me off to no end, that He would lay this on all of us, when those two didn’e even have a childhood to fully understand what was going on !

    I appreciate your comments but believe Apuzzo is correct. Consider these quotations from Apuzzo responding one of the issues you raise:

    “[Aldo, Santorum’s father] became a citizen automatically when his father naturalized and he entered the United States as a legal permanent resident on August 23, 1930. Becoming a citizen automatically upon becoming a legal permanent resident, his parents did not have to file a petition for naturalization on his behalf and he did not have to swear the required Oath of Allegiance. See Immigration and Naturalization Act Sec. 320”

    and

    “If Aldo needed to take the Oath of Allegiance as he did on April 24, 1961, the United States Government would not have recognized him as a citizen of the United States since August 23, 1930. He also would not have been eligible to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship which was provided only to persons who were already citizens of the United States either from the moment of birth by being born out of the United States to U.S. citizen parents or derivatively through their parents who naturalized at the time of their children’s minority and when the children entered the United States as legal permanent residents.”

    Therefore, both Santorum’s parents were citizens when he was born in the US. His citizenship was not “perfected” in 1960 (1961), it was recognized and he was issued a certificate showing he had been a citizen since 1930.

    Your argument that Santorum’s father might have had divided loyalty is a weak one, because naturalized citizens are assumed to perhaps have divided loyalty. That’s why they are not allowed to be President.

    Since you seem to have a problem with the length of my comments, I will intentionally make this as brief as possible.

    1. It really makes no difference now, as Romney isn’t running for POTUS and America is the better for that decision.

    2. As someone who served in the Field Artillery and in Vietnam for the US Army for 20 years, I certainly can assure you that Romney in no way is Patriotic as you suggest.

    On the contrary, he Dodged the Draft during the Vietnam War Era by fleeing to France to hide out to avoid His Military Obligation,(there used to be a draft) therefore insuring that a true patriotic American had to serve in His place , and perhaps like most of us at that time, travel to Vietnam , perhaps even became wounded or killed like so many of us did.

    No Moral, Principled or minimally educated American would ever vote for a KNOWN Cowardly Draft dodger to ever become the Commander in Chief of Honorable men and women.

    Secondly, Romney is not a Natural Born Citizen of the USA , as His Dad was born in Mexico and Mittens Romney had all of his dad’s immigration and Naturalization records sealed just like Obama so nobody could see them.

    Romney, being the true HYPOCRITE He is, went around waving his SHORT Form B/C around declaring to any idiot that would ever listen to Him that he was eligible to POTUS. That worked until a fellow resident from Michigan asked Romney to show his LONG FORM B/C so He could see what the Citizenship of Mitt’s dad was at the time of Mitten’s Birth.
    Of course being a serial Lifetime Liar, Romney told the man that Michigan no longer gave out long form B/Cs’.
    The man who inquired was much different than most illiterate Americans of today, as he went to the Courthouse and IMMEDIATELY Obtained His long Form B/C and placed it on You Tube for anyone desiring truth to see that Romney lied about it not being available.

    We know the reason Romney would never show it was because again, if His Dad ever became an American Citizen, it was after Mittens was born, thus making Mittens ineligible to be Potus.

    There is an abundance of resources on the Internet which others have shown and explained where Romney was ineligible.

    To many who never served in the Military it may be easy to trample upon the Constitution, but for many, especially for those like myself who did serve and sacrifice for 2 Decades defending the Constitution , it is everything.

    Thank God that our nation doesn’t have to suffer because of another loser like Romney as our nation’s president, as he is a Very Vile and ungodly man……

    In fact, what I wrote probably went for naught, as it seems to me that you have drank the GOP Kool-Aide or perhaps you are not interested in truth, or that you may be incapable of independent self and critical thought , and thus fail to seek truth and facts of your own and must rely upon ‘Group Think’ in order to form an opinion or reach a conclusion.

    The Book of Genesis does not mention an apple to be the fruit that caused the sin of Adam and Eve. Just that they ate the fruit of the forbidden tree.

    Adam and Eve offended God in their sin of pride and the writings of Genesis represent the style and literary form of its author.

    There was an offense that deeply wounded the Lord God of Hosts and He withdrew His love from the world. But in His unfathomable mystery and love He sent His only begotten Son as the unblemished Lamb to be slaughtered on the altar(cross) as the sacrifice that would redeem the world.
