Military force cannot solve moral conflicts

a number of Obama’s operatives are writing that the right to secede, or  lack thereof was settled during the Civil War. Wrong! War never settles anything

Civil war had 2 goals: one just: freedom for slaves and one unjust; occupation. Just because one superior military power can occupy another for time being, does not mean that occupation is morally just.

As I stated, I was born and raised in Moldova, where liberation movement lived under the surface for a number of years. I remember seeing every morning fresh flowers at the monument to Stefan Cel Mare, a Moldovan king. These flowers were the sign of the liberation movement against the Communist Soviet Union occupation. When the time was right, Moldova, together with 13 other Republics got free from a sham union.

Today there is a movement for secesion by citizens of at least 20 states. Just because more powerful North could subdue a weaker South, does not mean that legal, constitutional and moral question of the right to secede from the union was settled. Brutal force never settles the moral and Constitutional questions, it simply delays the solution.  People of individual states and individual states have a right to secede.

    Now I know why you were chosen to spearhead this grassroots movement because there is no one else among us who has had firsthand experience as you have described in Moldova with the Freedom Movement.

    You have a wealth of experience to draw upon unlike most of us. You’ve been there up close and personal and know the strengths and weaknesses of secession. You know what you’re talking about while the Obamacrats are totally cluesless because each time they try to come up with a rebuttal, your lightning bolt response kicks their “butt” making them leave with their tail between their legs.

    I bet they thought you were always going to be just as sweet as America’s Favorite apple pie. Little did they know that Ms. Orly Taitz, who is known in some circles as Lady Liberty, definitely has a tiger in her tank and is not some whimpy or whiny creature who cowers from every bully in town.

    My observation is that these Gestapo tactics perpetrated to derail her plans for the good of America only makes her stronger.

    Just look at all her accomplishments and you can tell the woman is BRIGHT!

    There aren’t too many women who have accomplished as many things as she has. She is a lawyer AND a dentist. How many people do you know have two full careers and have a husband and kids and is perfectly capable of running for a political office?

    Perhaps the seceded states will need a President and Vice President along with Cabinet members and their own Congress and Judges. Orly has definitely proven more than anyone in Congress, the Judicial Branch or this Executive Branch that she can lead the nation because she is a problem solver and her heart is in the right place for the good of all America. SECEDE TO SUCCEED.
