Michigan is now “Detroitistan”

The Constitution is being repealed in this country. Ground zero for the repeal is the Detroit area, or we should start calling it Detroitistan.
Detroit used to be the American city. With car manufacturing, the city became the quintessential American city. But with a series of corrupt Democrat mayors and Detroit jumping up for every federal handout, like a crack head jumping for another bump off the rock, Detroit now looks like a disaster. Detroit is a disaster. Urban explorers now frequent Detroit’s abandoned downtown buildings, like old schools and downtown train station. It is like visiting an old Egyptian pyramid, only more dangerous.
Detroit has now moved into the area of stopping “crimes” in advance. In this case, the crime was free speech. The free speech was by Koran burning preacher Terry Jones.
Just for the record, Terry Jones is an attention whore. But sometimes, even when you have someone like Jones, what they are doing becomes secondary to the principle. In this case, the principle is free speech and Detroit and Wayne County are now going to be a Constitution free zone.
Jones went to Detroit to protest the Islamic Center in Dearborn. City officials refused to issue a permit for his rally, fearing the Muslims would act out. In Detroit, the new standard for the First Amendment is, speech is acceptable as long as Muslims are not offended. Wayne County Michigan prosecutors brought charges against Jones for an event that had not yet occurred. A jury was convened and they were told to decide whether Jones’ intentions were peaceful or not.
One of the witnesses at the trial was Dearborn Police Chief Ron Hadad, who testified that Dearborn Muslims told him that the burning of a Koran was a “major crime” and that it was worse than more than a thousand deaths.”
The Detroit Jury “convicted” Jones and another man and ordered a “Peace bond” be posted. Prosecutors asked for a $45,000 bond for each. The judge ordered each man to post a $1 bond and barred them from being around the Mosque for three years. Both men refused to post the bond and were taken to jail.
In short, they were jailed for a crime that was never committed and for activities that are protected by the First Amendment.
The Dearborn/Detroit area is infamous for the arrest members of the Acts 17 group. They are a group of Christians who wanted to discuss Islam and Christianity at the annual Arab festival.
Free speech is now illegal in Detroit.
Following the trial, a supporter of Terry Jones left the courtroom. In a true example of liberal civility, he was surrounded by leftists who screamed to the point where he could not even hear reporters’ questions. You can see the video here.
We are constantly fed the line that Islam is a “religion of peace,” despite all evidence to the contrary. Does anyone really believe that if a group of Muslims had gone to Jones’ church in Florida to protest, the police would have been needed to protect them against Jones’ congregation or even the local Christian population?
Islam teaches that all other groups are inferior to Islam. It teaches that if people do not convert to Islam, they are to be treated as second-class citizens and their rights subordinated to those of Muslims.
We are now seeing the beginning of the Islamic Republic of Detroit. An American citizen’s right to free speech is subordinated to the political correctness of liberalism and to Islam’s demand that it not be “insulted.”
Islam is an insult to freedom. It is an attack on freedom. Jones may be an idiot but he is an American and that gives him the right of free speech. We either stop this non-sense now or twenty years from now, we will be asking what happened to our freedoms.

“OBAMA ELIGIBILITY, TWA 800, THE RON BROWN ASSASSINATION, AND GETTING OUR COUNTRY BACK”
“On Monday April 18, 2011, Andrea Shea King broadcast a special “RadioPatriot” talk
show on the subject of TWA 800 with guest Jack Cashill, based on his book “First Strike – TWA Flight 800 and the Attack on America.”

“As a retired TWA pilot, the crash of TWA 800 is an extremely painful memory to this writer. The obvious cover-up of the cause of this crash was shocking and incomprehensible to all TWA employees. Nobody at TWA believed the official cause put forth in the NTSB accident report that fuel vapors in a relatively small auxiliary fuel tank were accidentally ignited by means of some unknown mechanism, and exploded to bring down TWA Flight 800.
The appearance of a cover-up, instigated at the highest levels of the U.S. government, became increasingly difficult to ignore. As reports of a secret meeting in the White House in late August 1996, five weeks after the crash, began to circulate, and as public statements by government officials became strangely silent on the subject of a possible terrorist attack or a missile attack (ultimately 270 witness statements described a missile attack, some in great detail), it became impossible not to conclude that a cover-up was taking place. While it was previously unimaginable to any American citizen that this could happen, it seemed that the President of the United States had personally ordered the cover-up of the cause of the most catastrophic disaster in the history of aviation. How could this be? The mystery has continued to this day.

The article correctly raises the issues that the US Constitution was actually stopped in Detroitstan. Yet I vehemently object the statement as though the good pastor “Terry Jones is an attention whore” or an idiot.
His actions are timely and meaningful, public burning and shredding of korans is a long overdue. His initiative should be picked up by many, and the pastor in fact demonstrated a great courage.
Burning korans has nothing to do with burning books (of whichever quality). Burning korans is a bold act of disobedience to dhimittude, a signal that the challenge of the islamic enemy is received and our people are ready to fight this war!
In fact, it is a brilliant idea of the Pastor to take our 1st Amendment to work and wake up America to the Islamic enemy within on the one hand, and to demonstrate the defeatism and treason of our government at the face of the enemy – on the other.
I will support the good pastor! I will join his team as soon as he needs more volunteers! Wake up America until it is not too late!

Orly: I agree with the first poster. It takes great courage to step up and “rock the boat!” Not many ministers (or those other folks in society, for one reason or another) have the “moxy” to confront the “heathen,” especially on their own turf!
Others have their ways to begin that journey to “come forth” to proclaim: “…I have not yet begun to fight…!” I have gone against all odds on several occasions in my life, and the challenges of life (like in some heroic film) always seem to make a person toughen up. It’s just getting by the first time or two…then, it’s a “piece of cake!”
But, of course, it’s always easier to say than do! Films like: Mr Smith Goes To Washington, with Jimmy Stewart is a great example! Or: High Hoon, with Gary Cooper. Patriots are like that. We have to overcome incredible odds, to save America!
When an underdog has his back against the wall, that’s when a “grizzley” becomes “dangerous!” And we also mirror the Good Pastor in this respect. We know right from wrong, and we are addressing this “subversive manifestation” in calm, kool fashion.
As well, I saw the Film on the Civil War, again, and noticed something near the end of the film:…that when the north and the south were fighting, there were still people in colleges and other places, who were not engaged in this mighty struggle.
So with the advent of the modern times, we also find that there are people who are “trying to solve this,” while we see a “deafening chorus of ‘silence’ from a certain portion of our society, too!
There are at least 50% or more of America that are now aware of our Crisis! This (IMO) is a great deal more (in numbers) than we need to succeed. But the trick is: to take the initiative to bring the “news” to the public…and then, “act” upon it, in certain ways!
And I just also want to say that there are “reasons” that people may have for not unilaterally become a street marcher? a speaker at a rally? someone who talks with the news gatherers? If everyone can find one or more ways they can feel comfortable in researching info and disseminating that “find,” this would be of help to Orly and to America!
We don’t all have the same talents. So find what you do well, in this regard, and exercise that option! We all know that they are NOT going to be able to ride “rough-shod” over us…so they are fairly bogged down in the quagmire and quicksand of realty!
Bravo to the Pastor Jones. Maybe the “muslims” will start to realize that their “inanimate, false god, allah, who doesn’t even exist,” will get their attention, to make them realize that “this need to reform all non-muslims” is WRONG! They need to do some soul-searching, to finally comprehend the error of their ways!
Don’t quit…!!!!!

I have to express some appreciation to this writer just for rescuing me from this type of situation. Because of browsing throughout the internet and meeting notions which were not helpful, I was thinking my entire life was well over. Existing minus the answers to the issues you’ve solved through this post is a serious case, and the ones which might have negatively affected my entire career if I hadn’t come across your web page.
