   Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. Thus, Obama is not a “natural born citizen”. When Obama was born he was not a “natural born citizen” since both parents of a child must be citizens at the time of birth of the child in order for the child to be a “natural born citizen”, in addition to the requirement that the child must be born in the USA. Obama may be a “born citizen” depending on the evidence in Hawaii. But “born” is NOT synonymous with “natural born”. And I am not talking about the difference between natural child birth and a “C” section. Natural in this sense refers to the “natural law” definition of citizenship. Obama can never be considered a “natural born citizen” no matter where he was born because his father was not a U.S. citizen. Both parents must be citizens at the time of birth of the child in the USA for the child to be a “natural born citizen” per our Constitution’s framers intent and the “natural law” , as codified by Vattel in 1758 in his legal treatise, “The Law of Nations”. The “divided loyalties” concerns of the framers of a person who is selected to serve as our President and Commander-in-Chief of our military comes into play.    How Matt Drudge Censors the News

   At America’s Survival, Inc., we are continuing our public education campaign on the threats posed by communism and the United Nations. We expected opposition from the liberal media. But we are also running into a brick wall in the “conservative” media. The latest scandal is that both the daily and weekly editions of the Washington Times have killed our advertising drawing public attention to Matt Drudge’s censorship of our ads. That is, they refused to run our ads about the censored ads. Can it get any worse than this?

   Our intention was to publicize information about Frank Marshall Davis, the Communist, and his associates, who included Barack Obama. Davis was a key member of a communist network in Hawaii that influenced Obama. One of our reports examined the communist network in Hawaii. The other report examined the communist and socialist network in Chicago. The lengthy reports are heavily documented, with exhibits from congressional hearings and testimony, and haven’t been challenged on factual grounds.

   Can you believe censorship of this magnitude is happening in a constitutional republic with a “free press” in which the people are supposed to be informed and educated? When my group can’t even pay to get our information into the Washington Times and on the Drudge Report?

   I had wanted to advertise our new reports on communism in Hawaii and Chicago on the Drudge Report. But our $5000.00 ad buy was rejected by Drudge himself. This appears to be part of a leftward drift on the part of Drudge, who has a rather idiosyncratic background and links to the homosexual community and Hollywood. One of Drudge’s apparent motives is to curry favor with Obama so that he can receive “scoops” from the campaign. Drudge, who is sometimes described as liberal or “libertarian” on some issues, may also personally favor Obama’s election.

   I have posted copies of the Internet ads that were rejected.

   Drudge’s rejection of the ads, on the grounds that they were “too controversial,” is laughable. He made his name and “reputation” on the basis of “controversial” scoops about Bill Clinton. The rejection of my ads is the latest evidence that Drudge, who is viewed by some as the most powerful journalist in America today, is moving into the liberal camp.

   The Politico reported on June 3 that, “Matt Drudge has upended the conventional wisdom that he and his powerful online vehicle are stalwarts of the conservative message machine.” It said that he has been “trumpeting Obama’s victories and shrugging at his scandals.” The rejection of my ads is proof of the latter.

   In terms of his coverage of the Barack Obama vs. Hillary Clinton battle, a senior aide to Clinton was quoted as saying, “It’s clear to us that Barack Obama has won the Drudge Primary, and it’s one of the most important primaries in this process.” In other words, Drudge favored Obama over Hillary and his selection of the “news,” as if he functions as a national assignment editor for the media, affected the outcome. The staffer said that “Drudge’s treatment of Obama could make the Illinois senator more electable in November.”

   This appears to be what is happening. We, of course, don’t take a stand for or against a candidate; we only try to assure that fair and accurate information is presented about their stands on public policy issues. We have also published an analysis of media coverage of Senator John McCain’s positions, highlighting his objectionable preference for involvement in international alliances and U.N.-supported causes.

   But as a result of Drudge censoring our ads, we prepared to take out ads drawing attention to what had happened.

   What I didn’t anticipate is the resistance I would get from “conservative” Internet sites and papers. First, a popular “conservative” Internet news site killed a story about Drudge’s censorship of my ads. Then, the weekly and daily editions of the Washington Times insisted that I omit any direct personal reference to Matt Drudge in my submitted ads. They said they didn’t object to my references to the Drudge Report, only “Matt Drudge.” Of course, the Drudge Report is Matt Drudge, and his advertising representative personally informed me in a telephone conversion and an email that “the publisher” – that is, Drudge – had not accepted my ads. So the case is clear-cut. The decision was made by Drudge, not by underlings or the advertising agency.

   But the Washington Times insisted that my factual reporting about Matt Drudge’s role in rejecting the truthful ads was somehow inappropriate. By insisting on changing the ad — using the term “Drudge Report” rather than the name of Matt Drudge – the Times had hoped it could collect my ad money while avoiding any perceived slight to Drudge.

   Some might say that I should have compromised and eliminated the reference to Drudge personally. But the reference was truthful and I didn’t want to back down.

   The Washington Times’ killing of my ads demonstrates that there is a desire by some in the “conservative” media not to offend Drudge because of the power he is perceived to hold and wield and because the Drudge Report maintains links to these sites and papers, generating traffic and profits for them. This seems to be an open secret. They want to please Drudge; otherwise, he may not highlight or even link to their stories and outlets.

   “Drudge holds a grudge,” one advertising representative confided to me. This is the tip-off that running an ad critical of Drudge could backfire on a media company. So much for journalistic “independence” and the pursuit of truth.

   The conclusion has to be, in an ominous development, that Drudge, who is now emerging as a key pro-Obama media voice, is dictating coverage and advertising policies by some influential “conservative” media outlets. This is terribly worrisome and a clear threat to freedom of speech.

   I told the Times that I had documentary proof that Drudge personally rejected the ads and that they were acting rather silly. Their advertising representatives knew their bosses look silly. But they are prepared to look silly so they can maintain a friendly relationship with Drudge.

   However, it goes beyond silliness to censoring information the American people have a right to know about.

   Drudge’s censorship is already backfiring, as we are having more success, certainly on the talk shows, in highlighting his bias and our issues. Indeed, his rejection of my ads may have been a blessing in disguise. It helps us draw more attention to our communism reports and the failure by Drudge, the Washington Times, and others to report on them.

   The other good news is that our information on Frank Marshall Davis and related matters has been provided to authors with books coming out on coverage of the political candidates and the campaign. I anticipate they will use and credit our material. Plus, Andrew Walden has just written an extensive article on the popular American Thinker site, featuring links to our communism reports. It is about the influence of the Communist Party USA.

   At the same time, we have to draw attention to the continuing leftward drift of Fox News. Fox News sent a camera crew to our May 22 news briefing in Washington, D.C., where we released our two reports. But not one word has appeared on the channel about what we uncovered.

   We have been very disappointed by the failure of Fox News personalities such as Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly to examine the Obama-Davis connection. What are they afraid of? Or are they ignoring the story out of deference to their boss, News Corporation chairman Rupert Murdoch, who seems to be, like Drudge, coming into Obama’s camp?

   On January 31, Murdoch’s media property, the New York Post, endorsed Obama in the Democratic Party primaries, saying, “Obama represents a fresh start.” Asked if had been behind the Obama endorsement by the Post, Murdoch replied, “Yeah,” and explained, “We’re on the verge of a complete phenomenon. Politicians are at an all-time low and are despised by 80% of the public, and then you’ve got a candidate trying to put himself out above it all. He’s become a rock star. It’s fantastic.” Murdoch, speaking at a technology conference, heaped praise on Obama, saying he was a “highly intelligent man with a great record at Harvard.” The publication said that Murdoch stopped short of a full personal endorsement because he wanted “to meet him personally.”

   Murdoch’s comments suggest another motive on the part of those “conservatives” jumping on the candidate’s bandwagon. Simply stated, they may think he is the inevitable winner and so they want to be on the winning side.

   Please take a moment to examine some of the most popular “conservative” Internet sites and see if they have covered this controversy. If they haven’t, you will know that they are in the tank for Drudge, who is in the tank for Obama.

   Excellent battle plan!

   I hope the webmaster will keep this blog article pinned near the top of the blog site through next weekend so it doesn’t drop to the bottom, get lost, and people forget about it.

   It seems to me that Limbaugh, Hannity and O’Reilly have sold out for the gold rather than pursue the truth of the matter.

   I don’t know about Beck because he totally bores me and I never listen to his show.

   The is no good reason to stop after only one week of trying to get past the call screeners who are just as guilty of censoring this issue as Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly and everyone else involved.

   I think if these radio programs are lying to the public on the “Obama” citizenship issue then to hell with playing by the rules when talking to a call screener.

   Just keep on telling them whatever it takes to get on the air and then when on the air bring up the “Obama” citizenship issue.

   They may cut you off with their 7 second delay or whatever else but it will serve to let these radio talk show hosts know that this “Obama” citizenship issue must be addressed over America’s commercial radio frequencies and not continue to be censored.

   I am extremely happy that there will be an all out effort to raise awareness of the Conservative talk show hosts that you have mentioned. I have been trying for months with emails to all of them each night. I send them an article and I question why they won’t cover the story each night. They won’t respond. Why bother having them on the air if they are not going to cover the most important story of the decade, if not the century. It is that the man elected to the Presidency did so illegally.

   I will copy and paste the article and send it by email to others and I will post it on Team Sarah and America C2C.

   I have wondered about the Freedom of Information Act and why we can’t get Obama to show us his documentation using that act. Can an ordinary citizen use that Act to force him to show his documentation?

   Conservative talk show host, Michael Savage, remarked several months ago on his show that he would be willing to talk about the birth certificate issue if SCOTUS heard the case. SCOTUS did not, so Michael dropped it.

   The last week of April, I caught end of Bill Cunningham’s radio show interviewing Jerome Corsi about the birth certificate issue. Bill even talked like he knew about the cover up and the fact that Obama had never proven his elgibility by hiding all of his records from colleges. I was happy to hear the matter discussed, FINALLY.

   I have become very bored and disgusted overall with many of the conservative talk show hosts, because they don’t talk about the elgilibity issue that Obama is hiding rather they talk about his policies and what he is doing to bring down the country. It’s all chatter of no importance. If you get Obama on the birth certificate issue, I believe Obama will be knocked off his high horse.

   A woman phoned in to Jerry Doyal, Freedom 95.9 Friday, May 1 and she mentioned the birth certificate issue and that Obama was suspected to be born in Mombassa, Kenya. Jerry Doyal skirted the issue like she caught him off guard and he quickly changed the subject. I was so annoyed by his lack of attention to the matter. I quit listening to Jerry Doyal after that. What’s his problem, anyway!

   On May 11th, please ask everyone else to not call into these shows with questions or discussions about other matters unless it is tied back into the elibility issue. In fact, from that day on, every single question people call into to discuss should follow right into conclusion that he is a traitor and ineligible for presidency. What will they do, block everyone now on their shows?

   People need to be notified the true definition of “Natural Born Citizen”.
   Obama is not one as his father was not a US Citizen.
   People need to stop barking on a wrong tree.
   Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be the POTUS as he is not a Natural Born Citizen.

    Have we given thought to the possibility that Fox has perks from not publicizing Obama’s ineligibility? Ratings have been very good these days. Once Obama is gone, the cable news network might not keep it’s viewership. They have a vested interest in keeping Obama in office. I suggest some strategy to inform Fox that ratings will not fall because there is always Congress 2010 and the Bildebergs o of one world order to expose. They should be warned that the grassroots movement is very strong having caused CNN and MSNBC to lose at Fox’s gain. We can do the same to Fox. If they can do a black out on the nbc problem, we can do a black out on ALL cable and networks.

    This sentence was included in an article about obamas upcoming trip to Egypt on June 4th,2009.Article entitled “Reaching out to Islam” posted in the Buffalo Evening News dated May 9th,2009.

    “Obama whose father was a muslim from kenya” said the United States is not and never was at war with Islam.

    That statement about Obamas father a muslim from Kenya is proof Obama is not eligible to be president.Most people with common sence know damn well a son or daughter of a person who never became a citizen of this country can not be president period.What if that statement said Obamas father from Iran,Communist China.North Korea,Pakistan etc?If Obamas father came from any of these countries and never became a citizen would Obama still be eligible? Hell No! So what makes him elibible now?

    100% vs. 50%-50% odds of success. Which do you prefer?

    To inform the public that all we have to do is to see BHO’s birth certificate is risky and dangerous. Public perception is precious and should focus on Barack Obama’s natural allegiances to foreign lands and cultures. Arguments about his birth certificate are risky.

    100% odds of success:
    The odds that Barak Obama (BHO) had natural born allegiances to Kenya at the moment of his birth are 100%. BHO volunteers in his autobiography that his natural father was from Kenya. His allegiance to the land of his father is a natural part of his birth. Technically speaking he also has a natural allegiance to the British Crown as Kenya was a British colony at that time. This condition of his birth alone disqualifies him from ever occupying the office of POTUS. It is simple and undeniable. There is no argument. This is according to 230 years of legal precedent and US State Department rulings and most importantly, the U.S. Constitution.

    What about George Washington? What about the six presidents who followed him? None of them had parents who at the times of their births were U.S. citizens. They earned their citizenship by Declaration of Independence and the grave and mortal risk attached to separating themselves from the tyranny of the monarch and his government and bankers in London, the capital city of the Colonial States of America. On 17 September 1787 when the U.S. Constitution was ratified the first “natural born citizen” was born 4 July 1776 and could be only 11 years old, not old enough to be president. It took some time before a citizen, born of two American citizens on U.S. soil, would come of age. A person born into these conditions, both parents U.S. citizens and born on US soil, has a natural allegiance to the land and culture of his parents.

    Among all the ways of obtaining U.S. citizenship, having natural born citizenship yields the highest probability the citizen will have a 100% allegiance the the U.S.A.. Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution requires the President and Commander in Chief of all U.S. military forces to be a “natural born Citizen or a U.S. Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.”

    In addition to his natural born allegiance to Kenya, Baraq Obama renounced his birth citizenship (whatever that was) to become a citizen of Indonesia. CNN documented his stepfather Lolo Soetoro, his Indonesian house and the schools Barry Soetoro aka BHO attended there as a youth. He later (after his mother’s second divorce) came to the U.S.A. under his Indonesian passport. Further, it is alleged that he attended school in the U.S.A. on foreign scholarship and a student visa. Well documented evidence exists showing that he has perpetrated a series of false identity documents here in the U.S.A. ever since.

    Barack Obama will never be a “natural born Citizen” nor was he “a U.S. Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.” His disqualities are clear, concise and without contest.

    50%-50% odds (50% chance of failure):
    The odds that BHO was born in Hawaii are contentious and only 50%-50%. The issue is open to argument, fraud and corruption. This can become a bloody argument in a very literal way. No matter what the facts prove, people will argue about this as long as BHO wants to.

    Besides, what if he really WAS born in Hawaii? Then what? A new campaign to argue the idea of Natural Born allegiances after opening with the teetering birth certificate issue? I personally suspect he was born in Kenya but, I wouldn’t stake my case on it nor would I risk loosing the public interest (media attention) on such a risk. Act as if you are hunting a dangerous predator where you must completely disable it with one shot. A wounded predator on whom you’ve made war will try to stalk and kill you.

    ALWAYS LEAD WITH:
    His father was a foreigner. He has a natural born allegiance to the land of his father. This condition means by definition that he cannot ever have a Natural Born allegiance exclusively to the USA. It means he can not legally command our US military. He was never a Natural Born Citizen of the USA and never will be. It’s simple and easy to understand.

    The case is already proved 100% without the risk of what’s is concealed.

    It is useful to open BHO’s long list of concealed records and identity documents. We know some of them must be false. This will help to expose his deeply flawed character and turn public opinion.

    Hiding in plain sight is the issue of his natural born allegiances to foreign countries. While it is attractive to go for “two birds (fraud and ineligibility) with one stone” as in the concealed birth certificate issue but, it’s not a sure winner. When communicating to the masses, lead with a winner! A simple undeniable truth with no valid opposing argument is the best first step in informing the public. Kill the beast of BHO’s usurping of power with one true and clear shot. Using the centuries old definition of “natural born Citizen” aim at Obama’s own words. After that his many past corruptions and deceits will unravel him and his accomplices piece by piece.

    We need our own TV network, at least a couple of hours a day. Next week a producer will be visiting and we are planning a strategy. We can show the same footage simultaneously around the country on public access chanels and it will not cost us anything, as long as local community members are listed as co-sponsors of the program. We can make public access channels around the country our channels. Let’s work on it.

    I have emailed Beck, Hannity, Oreilly and greta for weeks on this issue. I made a subject line (something positive) so they would open the email. I have told Hannity he reports and is soooo worried about America, why wont he report the eligibility issue. I have asked them to do it for their kids and grandchildrens future. I have told them that whoever at fox spreads this news will go down in history as saving America. I have tried every angle to get them to expose this usurper as well as links to sites that shows proof obama has commited fraud in his past. I have asked them to simply interview Orly Taitz to see what a strong case she has…. AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I hope this new strategy works but I heard a certain percent of foxnews is owned by saudi arabia (not sure if that is true) Best of luck and I dont care who exposes obama, pelosie, reid and all the thugs as long as they are caught red handed. GOOD LUCK!

    I think with the numbers of people out there demanding to know the truth, that is should be a legitimate issue with every radio host out there…

    Orly, During the campaign, Dish network managed to give Nobama air time so he could LOOP his message over and over again..
    What is the cost for doing something like this??? I think many would be willing to send in donations if we knew it was going to go to something like this…. If we find out the cost, we could set up donations from everyone who wants this ISSUE brought out..I can only imagine the Number of Americans out there, who KNOW nothing about this eligibility issue..And it is time people are informed on this…

    Thank you Dr. Taitz for your seemingly tireless effort in exposing the greatest fraud ever perpetuated on the American People. I just hope that your efforts will bear fruit before this country is completely inundated with socialism.

    I have been contacting by email U.S. Congressmen and State Legislators to obtain their support of Dr. Orly Taitz and her efforts to bring the usurper to justice. This is limited to the Congressmen that have not restricted to receiving email only from their constituants.

    Congress.org is a website whereby someone can contact any Congressman or government official or office (local, state or federal) using a form right on the site. This saves time looking up email for each Congressman/government official or office from other sources.
